Police in Barcelona early Tuesday arrested at least 10 Pakistani nationals in connection with "falsifying identity documents in connection with Islamist terrorism," Spanish radio reported.

Police in Barcelona early Tuesday arrested at least 10 Pakistani nationals in connection with 'falsifying identity documents in connection with Islamist terrorism,' Spanish radio reported.Police in the northeastern city were not immediately available to confirm the report.The Spanish news agency Europa Press said seven people had been picked up, with police looking into the falsification of documents and 'a possible link to Islamist terrorism.'However, Spain's Cadena SER radio said the suspects are from North African countries. Cadena SER also says no explosives have been found and that police are searching for a printer used to forge passports. Police have carried out several operations against suspected al-Qaida supporters in Spain in recent years.

Its probably a petty crime of falsifying documents that have been easily associated with terrorism..
