Through FAILURE in the past the "LOGISTICS" of the IT Industry became questionable for the apportionment of BLAME however SINCE the PUBLIC LITTLE UNDERSTAND what the GOV REALLY WISH TO COMMUNICATE can one really BLAME anyone ELSE for FAILURE other than the SOURCE to which others must CONFORM!.
