Spinning in Circles:A Low tech approach to Revolution for China
Many in China want free speech but many avenues of protest are blocked. Spinning in circles is made to mean revolution. People are spinning when idyl , join in pick it up or abandon it at trivially throughout the day. As the trend picks up it is impossible to bring under control. People Can become more confident as they see others who spin and see that others believe in Free speech too. Is partially a handshake.
When a Chinese government official was contacted they where horrified with the activity saying, "This is playing with fire. If enough people where to spin together it could speed the planets rotation with disastrous consequences such as the breakup of China."

Holding people still against their to control them with fear instead of dealing with why they want to spin in the first place is sure to result in inevitable disaster.
It is our turn to be grown ups and decide what that means. http://xkcd.com/150/
