Spitzer's Folly - A Look Inside the Emperor's Club VIP by Swan

OPINION PIECE:

I'm writing this article not to highlight Spitzer - that's been done to death in the news of late and I don't intend to write just another piece on the wayward Governer who has missed his rising star.

Instead, I want to take a look inside the now famed Emperor's Club VIP and further, to the people that are involved with running the business and those "doing the business."

Temeka Rachelle Lewis dialed her boss in late January, fed up with the headaches of small-time business. She had spent more than three years coordinating prostitution appointments across the globe for the Emperors Club, and the job often kept her on the phone solving problems until after 11 p.m.
Her complaints involved:
  1. Trainee hookers who thought themselves good enough to charge $5,000 per hour;
  2. Hooker-mothers who cut their sessions with clients short - to fetch their children on time;
  3. The higher priced call-girls who didn't even know how to imprint a credit card;
  4. She was often kept up till 11pm., solving problems.

It sounds like a bitch of a job to me and all that hard work for what?  Thousands upon thousands of dollars to be earned in only hours.

No matter what the profession, a person gets used to a certain way of living, commensurate with their income and Temeka Lewis is no exception.  However it seems to me that she wants to do relatively little for the big bucks.

Her latest complaint (from a service viewpoint) was that one of her regular girls whom she suspected was on drugs, missed her latest appointment and instead sent "crazy text" messages.

"A lot of these girls deteriorate to this point," Lewis observed.
So who exactly is aka Ashley Alexandra Dupré aka Kristen?

Aside from the fact that she was pivotal in the investigation of Eliot Spitzer, The New York Post revealed the gorgeous call-girl (photo in bikini) to be a 22 year old would-be musician and pop-singer looking for contacts in the music business.

According to "Kristen" nee Ashley Youmans, she fled from an abusive home (didn't they all?) on the Jersey Shore at 17.  Now with her fame assured, I'm sure she'll get offers to strip for various magazine pictorials and perhaps even get a part in a movie.

Not unexpectedly, another hooker from the high priced brothel has come out of the woodwork claiming that she also had several appointments with Governer Spitzer.

This time the girl is a 22 year old blonde (not brunette like "Kristen".)  She described Spitzer as:  ".. a good guy for a john, a nice guy that tossed out some pretty handsome tips."

Some would say that the New Yorker's tax money had been paying for these "pretty handsome tips."  She was also kind enough to tell the ABC via a telephone interview that Spitzer never requested anything that "wasn't clean."

"Kristen,"
weighs 105lbs, stands 5'5" and if inclined, you can book her for just over $4,000.   More experienced girls were charged out at $10,000 per night for fantasy sex, but Kristen was still able to well afford her expensive apartment in Manhattan's Flatiron district.

Reporter Vicki Ward from the Daily Mail met with some of the women, saying:
The women I met were sufficiently beautiful to charge more than $2,000
an hour. Bigger money came in tips. They could easily have modelled.
Many of these hooker/client rendezvous were arranged at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, only a few blocks from the White House.

How convenient!

So other than politicians, who can afford such high priced fun?  According to various prostitutes:
major CEOs, Arab princes, scientists, even the terminally ill. One
prostitute, a stunning blonde who worked as "Gloria" - none gave her
real name - a legal secretary by day but an "escort" by night, told me
that often she got treated far better by the men on her nightly
excursions than the misogynists at her prestigious law firm, who
thought nothing of patting her behind and asking if she wanted to
accompany them on dirty weekends when their wives were out of town.

By contrast her "clients" were gentlemen. "Often these were just
lonely men who wanted to discuss TV programmes, or have a friendly face
to talk to. Some did not even want sex," she says.

The girl referenced in the quote, Gloria, actually earned enough from her sex endeavors to buy a horse farm in Virginia.  She also confirmed that many of her clients were married.

Another girl, Rosalyn (her pseudonym) who earned big money said:
felt she was never a threat to their marriage. "In fact, I was often
doing things for these men they were too afraid to ask their wives,"
she said. "I knew when they left they went back to their home towns
happier - better husbands," she says.
Given our huge Bible belt and the prudishness of many American women, (oh yes you know you are!)  I can understand this perfectly and I even condone it.

If wives can't satisfy their husbands sexually, then I think husbands should be permitted to seek out comfort and sexual release of their tensions and frustrations elsewhere.

These are not just empty words - even my husband knows of my unpopular views.  Unpopular though they may be with the women of this country, it is my view and I believe it to be fair and just.

Rosalyn says that being a prostitute changed her view of men.  She had been abused as a child (another one!) and had grown up hating them.  She has since settled down and married.

One wonders what her husband thinks, when she openly tells the world:

"The only thing I miss now is the perks: the great clothes and jewels I could afford when I was working as a call girl,"
Hooker-remorse Rosalyn?

Let's go back to the elite Emperor's Club VIP:

The girls knew that they were part of an extremely high-priced prostitution ring.  Clients could choose any one (or more!) of 50 beautiful girls to rendezvous with in New York, Washington, Miami and Paris.

They had a headquarters in Wimbledon, London, which employed Marina, a stunning blonde ex-ballerina and model.   There were also two graduates from London Universities.

Girls in (the Club) London are rated online in diamonds according to quality and expertise.  The top rating of seven diamonds meant the girl would only be available for the top price of £1,500 an hour.

According to the web site Dollars to Pounds,  the amount converted to $3,046.65!

It was prices like this that enabled Kristen to live the kind of life she wanted, with an expensive apartment,  and a company that she created in 2005 called Pasche New York - an entertainment business designed to help further her music career.

I managed to find Kristen's My Space page, however it has since been taken down or removed, so don't bother looking for it.

But I will give you some details and quotes that I found there:

Kristen reveals that her musical influences were; Lauryn Hill; Christina Aguilera; Frank Sinatra; Patsy Cline; Whitney Houston; Madonna; Mary J. Blige and Amy Winehouse - the latter four being her Top Myspace Friends.

"I am all about my music and my music is all about me. It flows from what I've been through, what I've seen and how I feel." [...] "used drugs and been broke and homeless." [...] "Learned what it was like to have everything and lose it, again and again," [...] "Learned what it was like to wake up one day and have the people you care about most gone. [...] "But I made it," [...] "I'm still here and I love who I am.  If
I never went through the hard times, I would not be able to appreciate
the good ones. Cliché, yes, but I know it's true."
She also wrote of her:
"odyssey to New York from New Jersey through North Carolina, Miami, D.C., Virginia and Austin, Texas;"
Kristen had also uploaded her latest track, "What We Want"  and trust me, it was nothing to write home about.  I felt that she couldn't decide if the music was supposed to be hip-hop or rhythm`n`blues, while not being truly either.

The singer tries to meld with the young crowd by including lyrics such as "Can You Handle Me Boy?" and calling some unlucky young man her "boo."

Her biography claimed that her springboard into singing came from a musician hearing her sing Aretha Franklin's "Respect" in the shower.

She further claimed that she not only recorded with them, but also toured with them prior to moving to Manhattan in 2004.

Here are several more links for you to follow, if you wish to know more about the Emperor's Club VIP and the girls who worked there.
