Sri lanka Army 57 Division today afternoon captured Iranamadu Junction 6 Km south to Kilinochchi after heavy fighting with LTTE.Also troops of Task Force 1 Yesterday evening captured Paranthan which is 4.5 Km north to Kilinochchi Town. Hence Ltte are now encircle by three directions.Paranthan is the Gateway to the Jaffna Peninsula and Muhamalai FDL.Now troops can entered in to the LTTE Leader’s hideout in Puthukudirrupu.

Congrats Sri Lanka! An Indian by birth, I believe this LTTE stuff and wanting a separate country for Tamils is bull. Minorties need to integrate, and not depend on India or otherwise for military support.

I urge Srilanka to crush this movement completely. If you leave this war effort midway, you will only help LTTE recoup.
