Sri Lanka will investigate its own warcrimes and it is not a joke

Sri Lanka said it will not allow any international investigations but it can investigate its own war crimes and human rights violations.
Sri Lanka decided this based on its past history of record-number of abductions and human right abuses. As the court and justice system inside sri lanka seems far more advanced than any others known, it is confident to find the cultprit and punish which in this case is itself.
Sri Lanka said it would only allow its own courts - and not international ones - to investigate reported human rights abuses and thousands of civilian deaths during the government's military campaign against Tamil Tigers, which ended in May

Why would they 'investigate' it? They always denied any accusations!
I know the result already!

Kind of the best joke of the year and the answer may be like this.
No single tamil civilian was killed because of government forces. all tamil civilians are killed only by LTTE. Because , SLA developed great weapons which can identify and kill only LTTE and it will never kill civilians.
Ban Ki Moon will appreciate the efforts of SL GOV and so what the rest. they will just follow.

"As the court and justice system inside sri lanka seems far more advanced than any others known" you are joking aren't you?
Their reaction is though they are hiding something, credibility could of been gained by calling in the international community. Bad move now we know they are hiding something.

LOL!!
The report will also say, "The accuracy of SLA weapons must be commended for having not damaged or burnt any trees while killing the civilians, as shown in the Times online pictures"
Jayalalitha must be happy that the trees were left standing. Now she can film her next movie and the songs to be sung running round trees!!

The GoSL used mp3 weapons, chinna chirippu ( nice nick name .. ). You know, that kind which drive any LTTE that has got even half ear to suicide. Sinhala folk songs, Sanskrit chants and Hindi bhajans.
Since trees has got no ears, they survived.
