Vellupille Prabhakaran and a few of his cohorts are now completely surrounded and are expected to commit suicide within the next 24hrs, thus ending a 30 year-old bloody conflict once and for all.There is no heavy fighting at this moment as regular troops engage in clearing operations removing civilians from the area. The LTTE has given up the fight!.President Mahinda Rajapakse is expected to make a speech on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning to declare the victory. He is expected to land tomorrow morning.Middle-level LTTE leaders are surrendering in large numbers. High profile leaders like Poddu, Soosei, Bhanu, Rathnam etc are still alive with their leader and have surrounded themselves with several hundred civilians. They are expected to blow themselves up. The Army expects the civilians to escape before this suicide.
Among those who surrendered today was the wife of LTTE Political Wing Leader Thamil Selvan. She was caught with her new lover while escaping from the LTTE.Source:defencewire
At the moment less than 1 kilometer area remained under LTTE and 200 Cadres fight for last land. LTTE Leader Vellupille Prabakaran, Pottu Amman and Soosai are still believed to be trapped in this small land and their destiny is to shut within the next few hours.
Today Morning Sri Lankan Army 59 Division and Sri Lankan Army 58 Division troops merged together sealing off LTTE from the sea. Now LTTE has lost the whole coastal area and No Sea Tiger Attacks.
After liberated that 1 Km area, the war which is running over three decades has come to the end. The President Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapakse flew to Jordan for an official tour. He will be here tomorrow and official declaration of “Freedom Sri Lanka” will be after his arrival.

In coming months LTTE Black image will be revealed to the international. Lot of rare videos will be released to the public. Most of them are captured by Sri Lankan Air Force UAVs Also few Videos from LTTE which are found by SL Army.
Sri Lankan will organize lot of events to celebrate this Victories occasion. Next week there may be lot of Festivals from North to South and East to West. At the moment growing Protest against Sinhalese by Tamils can be seen everywhere in the World. Several Sri Lankan embassies already attacked and some are under threat. So next coming 3 days all Sinhalese outside Sri Lanka should be in high alert when celebrating the Victory.
