Stepfather, mother charged in 4-year-old boy's murder

I  am  for  his  daddy.  I  believe  this  tragedy  was  100%  preventable.  The  court  needs  to  hear  the  custodial  parent,  when  that  parent  believes  the  child  is  in  danger  with  the  other  parent.  Time  after  time,  the  parents  the  courts  have  deemed  fit  to  raise  the  child,  are  ignored  for  the  sake  of,  "giving  non-custodial  parents  liberal  access  to  their  children".  When  a  parent  abandons  their  own  child,  regardless  of  the  circumstances,  death  being  the  exception,  the  courts  need  to  recognize  caring  functioning  parents  do  not  abandon  there  children.   When  they  do  their  visitation  must  be  monitored  closely  with  home  monitoring  mandatory,  paid  by  the  parent  that  needs  to  be  supervised.
