Stephany Flores' Injuries Significant Says Autopsy Police Report
The Injuries Sustained by Stephany Flores Were Significant Says Peru Police Report
Joran Van Der Sloot is accused of killing 21-year-old Stephany Flores and in a police report released to the media more details about possible cause of death and her autopsy have been released.
It was apparently very difficult to perform an autopsy because Stephany's body was in a 'very decomposed' state according to the document.

Stephany Flores suffered a cranial fracture and 'significant injuries' to her face. She also had signs of asphyxiation.
Forensic luminol tests in the hotel room where her body was found showed blood on the floors, hallway and mattress, the document said.
The autopsy also revealed that Flores had taken amphetamines before she died.
Joran Van Der Sloot is currently in prison in Peru for the murder of Stephany Flores. He is currently refusing to speak to the judge as he says his confession held by the Peruvian police was obtained under duress and he was so scared he just signed anything they put in front of him.
New crime scene photos from Joran Van Der Sloot's hotel room including one showing a blood stained sheet on the ground. The photos are grainy and hard to see, but another view shows a mattress with an arrow pointing to some kind of stain.
A source told RadarOnline.com: “These are official police photographs from the crime scene, so, the arrow and the markers indicate areas that the investigators have ‘homed-in on’ for one reason or another.
“With the amount of blood on the sheet and the way the room is trashed, it certainly looks like some violent struggle has taken place inside that room.
Joran Van Der Sloot has also apparently been bragging to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that he has been receiving love letters and marriage proposals from female admirers while in prison. One woman even offered to have his child.
