UPDATE: After viewing comments it appears this story is lacking in something. What, I'm not sure. It was merely meant as an attempt at humor, and perhaps missed the mark. I'll mark it as opinion. Hope that clears things up.  UPDATE #2: from a helpful reader whom shall remain anonymous:

The bottom line on the stimulus is there is no bottom line in sight, but that won’t keep the pontificators from ponificating.

If consumers take the bait, they could end up in a tasty stew served to up businesses starved for customers.

Some, on the other foot, will find themselves all fuzzy with excitement over nothing more than free cookies!
