The Senate voted 96-3 to pass the STOCK Act, which would ban insider trading for members of Congress, their staffs and top executive branch policymakers. The bill now heads to the House, where Republicans are expected to try to toughen the legislation.

Is insider trading right or wrong? Do we not have laws against insider trading? Why don't these laws apply to everyone regardless of person or position? Laws for politicians, laws for gays, laws for women, laws for children. How about a commitment to right and wrong that surpasses the social agenda of the PC moment.
