Stoep = Sidewalk.

So, what happened here; the side walk and bike lane were reconstructed. Due to the works on the sewage system that runs about 1.50m below. After having the works finished, public services decided to have the side walk and the bike lane redone.

And so they did.

Tiles neat and snug, oh, guys, we need to put back the street lights. Here. I Guess.

So, it's been about three weeks now that they did the glorious and mind boggling reconstruction of side walk and bike lane. The brightest cookie in the jar decided that the lights had to be on the right side. Directly on the bike lane. Handy during the dark era.
