Here you can see the treed area out in between the runways and airplane "parking" areas. This was the area used as a target shooting range for soldiers stationed here during WW2 (german). Later, it was used by americans for the same thing.

June 15, 2008 - A tour of Airport Templehof, which is scheduled to close in fall of 2008.
