Story of a helpless man and his wife

LANDIKOTAL" On February 4,2009 I took my wife to Hayat Abad medical complex Peshawar having serious  and critical delivery case and admitted my wife in the labour room with DR.Humaira who is in charge of Gynae ward .told Member Shah .The lady doctor advised my wife for ultrasound test. My wife was at critical stage at that time and was unable to take steps by herself. She was unable to move so I demanded for a wheel chair from Aashiya Khala who in response asked me for money as a bribe and I considered it insult of a Government Hospital servant. In the meanwhile, another person paid some money to Aashiya Khala and the person took the wheel chair. I regretted and reacted emotionally at this. After that I went for complaint and reported to DR.Humaira, but she did not take any action and replied me to leave her alone. I was hopeless and I took my wife for ultrasound in my arms & came back to the labour room along with the result of altrasound. The Dr.Humaira started taking side of Aashiya Khala because Khala was not paid bribe. I gave her a message of reality to be true with her duty but in vain and it's a moment of shame when DRs Staff started cooperating with these sorts of people in such particular matters. Dr.Humaira again wrote Ultrasound for my wife which was unbearable and the only purpose was to torture me on account of giving her no money as (bribe) to Khala(Lady worker)for wheel chair or may be Dr.Humaira was trying to make out some money from the Ultra-Sound doctor as commission. Ultrasound technician also informed me that he has printed out the result (Ultrasound) once and don't need to test it again. I went back to the lady DR. and asked her if you already know the result of Ultrasound then why are you trying to disturb me? She replied, that I am a Dr. and I know better than you", and she didn't submit my documents. Being a Doctor she was not cooperating and was not trying to understand the critical situation of my wife. When I understood the conspiracy I took my wife from Hayatabad Medical Complex to Kulsoom Maternity Home( Dr.Minhas).When I reached there along with my wife they informed me that they don't treat those who are not their permanent patients(clients). With great sorrows I took my wife to the Cab(Taxi) and on the way in the car delivery happened and my wife gave birth to a male baby and narrowly survived.Member Shah has demanded from the high ups of the health department and the seniors of the Hayat Abad Medical Complex and the minister for heatlth to conduct an enquiry into this matter and punish this lady doctor and the lady Khala for trying to take life of my wife for bribe.Member Shah has warned that if he was not given justice in this serious matter,he would be compelled to knock at the door of the high courts for seeking justice and to punish the lady doctor Humaira for her negligence and demading bribe.
