Suicide car-bomber kills 8 Pakisani soldiers

WANA, Pakistan (Reuters) - A suicide bomber in a car blew himself up at a Pakistani paramilitary checkpost in the South Waziristan region on the Afghan border on Sunday, killing eight soldiers, the military said.

The suicide attack came two days after suspected U.S. missile strikes in the tribal regions of South and North Waziristan killed about 20 people, including militants.
