CNN NEWS say:
LONDON, England (CNN) -- Formula One chief Max Mosley's sado-masochistic orgy was brutal, with blood drawn, the newspaper editor who published the story has told London's High Court.
FIA president Max Mosley is suing he News of the World for violation of privacy.
News of the World editor Colin Myler told the court Wednesday that Mosley had instigated a "crime upon himself" when he took part in what the tabloid dubbed a "sick Nazi orgy," the British Press Association reported.
Mosley, who acknowledges having a sado-masochistic encounter with sex workers but denies the News of the World's claim that it had a Nazi-theme, is suing the UK tabloid for invasion of privacy.
His lawyer said the tabloid had breached the privacy of the president of racing's governing body -- the FIA -- "for the amusement of its readers."
Myler told the court that the role-play, which included the 68-year-old being caned until blood was drawn, did not just have a Nazi element to it, but also a "potential criminal flavor."
Mosley's QC, James Price, said one would expect beatings at an S and M session.
Myler replied: "You say it was S and M but blood was drawn. I know it was drawn because he had a plaster on his bottom. I think it was after he'd had 15 beatings of the cane," PA reported.
Price queried if the newspaper was seriously accusing Mosley of "instigating a crime upon himself."
Myler said that "it is what Mr Mosley did."
"The News of the World did not take Mr Mosley kicking and screaming to that apartment, that flat in Chelsea.
"The News of the World did not engage five girls for five hours of what went on - which was brutal," Myler told the court, PA reported.
The editor told Justice Eady he believed the story was one of "legitimate public interest and one that I believe was legitimately published."
It was "absolutely not true" that the paper fabricated the Nazi aspect of the story, Myler said.

This site has an English to Persian translator. I think you will find it difficult to get many to use it. Translations usually are bad on these type of sites. I don't think it translates Persian to English. Good luck!
