Direct from Kabul, Afghanistan:

Taliban attack NATO terminal in Peshawar and torch nine vehicles

Dozens of armed Taliban militants on April 3 stormed a NATO supplies container terminal in Peshawar, the NWFP capital, and torched nine vehicles and several offices, Police and locals said the terminal, located on the Ring Road in Pishtakhara Police station precincts, was attacked early in the morning, adding that the Taliban and Police exchanged heavy fire, but no casualties were reported. Police officials said there were more than 100 militants who participated in the raid. They said the Taliban also used rockets to target the Police party but failed to hit anyone.

The picture here is wrong choice, it shows the Tajik fighters form Panshir valley who are traditional enemies of taliban ( remember general Massud killed by taliban loyal terrorists just before 9-11) so illustrating this article with such a picture is sth as if you would show a bunch of smiling VietCong soldiers tgthr with article on May Lai massacre.

well spotted mate... I will upload a correct version

by the way coming back to the story.. these continuous attacks are a disgrace.. how these hundreds of fighters manage to melt away in thin air is shameful performance of pakistani goverment  regarding the safeguarding of these terminals.

I fail to understand why the people from the areas in question get all bent out of shape about the picture, rather than the attack by the Taliban. They fade into the background, cuz they dress like locals and attack with masks, like the cowards they are. It's so obvious to me anyway.

Perhaps the first clue is the absence of beards, favoured by the Taliban, as they leave them unshorn, but as Rene says, if no caption is present and in an article what is one to think? But then media are known for their Artistic license. Though if it were a photo of Pol Pots men, well that would be news!
