Taliban Hiding Among Fleeing Refugees
ISLAMABAD: Taliban are shaving off their beards to escape the army offensive in Swat, the army said on Friday as security forces killed 55 more Taliban.

“We have confirmed reports that these Taliban ... after shaving off their beards and cutting hair, are fleeing from the area. We request the people to identify them ... at checkposts,” said the ISPR in a statement. The army also issued a cell phone number, 0333-5239938, to assist people in identifying fleeing Taliban.

And if they are killed, will claim that 'innocent' civilians were brutally murdered.

I wonder if they will start wearing black and call themselves chasidic Jews.

probably blue burkas. Pak army having trouble as they are sneaking out with the refugees which is why they asked for help from locals. If the Taliban get killed, they'll scream "'innocent civilians' killed! or "'innocent children' killed"!

The problems is, the Taliban have stolen or bought so many of the locals' children and inducted them into their ranks, it will be hard for them to turn them in.

What a mixture :  - beardless Taliban escaping retribution in a country that originally created them which is increasing its nuclear yield and is riven by an energetic social self destruction ...

Bloody hell what a tragic country ... I just cannot see any stability occuring in Pakistan because it has a penchant for being at war with itself or being seriously self divided  - what's next  ?

For the first time, Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari admitted that militants and extremists were "created and nurtured" in the country as a policy to achieve some short-term tactical objectives. And everyone knows what were those "short term tactical objectives" :D
