TAMA THE JAPANESE TRAIN CAT

Tama the calico cat has simply revived the Japanese people's interest in riding a once forgotten train route.  The cat named Tama wears a staionmaster's cap while greeting passengers entering the trains.  Wakayama Electric Railway Co.  can not be happier with her presence.  Tama managed to save this company and at the same time provides smiles and warm feelings for patrons of the trains.  Tama increased ridership by 10 percent since she became the highest ranking female at Wakayama Electric Railway Co.   Tama is a purr-fect fit for the trainstation.
