Could government "targeting" of American citizens outside the bounds of the judicial system be one of the root causes of the Wall Street financial meltdown that threatens to devastate the global economy?

Victims of so-called "organized gang stalking" claim that federal and local government agencies involved in intelligence, law enforcement, and revenue collection have established a network of secret programs aimed at destroying the financial well-being of "targeted" individuals -- who are denied due process of law as their financial resources are systematically expropriated.

These programs allegedly involve the interception of mail; surveillance, interception and alteration of telecommunications, including telephone and internet communications; fabrication of bank, credit card, mortgage and billing statements; surreptitious manipulation of personal and business bank and mortgage accounts.

Victims of this alleged "extrajudicial targeting" report being inundated with offers of "easy credit" from banks, mortgage companies and credit card issuers -- even if their financial situation does not warrant the extension of generous lines of credit. Typically, consumers are lured in by offers of low interest rates -- only to see those rates raised to usurious levels months later.

In effect, victims say, a secret parallel system of transaction processing has been established for persons targeted by government agencies. They allege that the goal is to destroy their capacity to earn a living and to support themselves and their families.

Victims theorize that these "programs of personal destruction" are a derivative of past controversial government programs such as Cointelpro and Total Information Awareness. They maintain that the enactment of sweeping laws such as the USA Patriot Act, passed by Congress in the wake of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, has emboldened those who would use the powers of the state to restrict civil liberties as a tool of social control.

The "mechanics" of these covert programs, victims say, closely resemble the tactics employed by pre-war Nazi Germany in its campaign against the Jews and other targeted groups, such as those deemed to be political "dissenters."

Victims charge that some of these programs also are designed to degrade their physical health, with health care professionals sometimes pressured to cooperate. Citizen vigilantes affiliated with government-funded community policing and "watch" groups are employed to relentlessly stalk, harass and intimidate those targeted by these government programs, victims charge.

These civilian vigilantes, with retired military and public safety officers among their ranks, are said to have access to surveillance imposed upon their targets, who are tracked and followed like prey, whether in vehicles or on foot.

The vigilante stalkers are believed to be equipped with high-tech instruments such as radiation-emitting "directed energy" weapons capable of causing serious adverse health effects -- what some describe as a "slow genocide."

Officials in the private sector are believed to have knowledge of some of these programs, since their cooperation is key to the functioning of the system. Victims charge that the government is using national security and the "war on terror" as a pretext to secure the cooperation of local law enforcement, corporations and businesses. But they say it's also possible that the civilian overseers of these agencies, as well as civilian operatives, have been kept in the dark about the most nefarious aspects of these programs.

It's feared that the government takeover of more than half of the nation's mortgage market, and government bailouts and supervision of failed and financially troubled banks, investment houses and insurers, could facilitate this extrajudicial targeting of citizens and their personal and business assets.

Those who say they have been victimized by these programs are calling upon Congress to immediately convene hearings on unconstitutional, extra-legal abuses of power carried out under the direction of government agencies -- what they see as an unraveling of the American constitutional democracy and a descent into a corporate-fascist police state.

(I saw that on Christmas eve about a dozen years ago for the first time, not long after I divorced, on network broadcast. I associate it with spending Christmas alone and getting misty eyed and throwing beer cans at the TV screen, the ending was so sad. If that was to me, wrong service branch, I did four in the Navy on an aircraft carrier, from '79-83. The username describes a car I was working on 12 years ago (and still own) when I got my first AOL account. It was silly but I still use it as it's unique.

Kind of funny how conversations over time on message boards will have us form visions of who the person behind an identity is, and it's usually flawed. I was known in several forums for my support of the Iraq war, (actually "hated" is a better word as some were very leftist oriented, and I can put up a very factual argument about the justifications for OIF) and though I'm pretty displeased with the Bush administration's domestic homeland security agenda, I still label myself as a liberal Republican at this point.

Who is glad he voted for Obama. Would conservative Democrat make more sense? I can't claim that as I'm agnostic, despite being raised in a strict Catholic home. I just figure if I'm standing at heaven's gates I will say "well God, I didn't hear you calling" which is better than the atheist who must have God angrily telling him "I was calling these people but they couldn't hear me over YOU telling them I didn't exist!"

Two issues here: First, crimes against humanity are being committed extrajudically, making a mockery of the rule of law as well as the word of God. Authoritarians are trying to justify these extra-legal tactics by invoking God's will, when the application of justice under our system of government demands adherence to the rule of law and is not subject to the dictates of any religion or personal belief system.

There is no justification, under the rules of law or the dictates of any modern religion that I know of, that can in any way justify the horrific tactics and methodologies being employed today by certain agencies of authority.

Second, innocent people are being condemned to this extrajudicial punishment by way of character assassination, frame-up attempts, slander, even the production and implantation of false "evidence." The easiest route is to subject their "targets" to exotic forms of physical abuse that cannot by easily detected -- such as the use of "directed energy weapons" that silently emit dangerous forms of radiation capable of causing adverse physiological effects. Then these "targets" are marginalized by efforts to declare them mentally ill.

I believe this is in part politically and ideologically motivated. This is how authoritarian regimes throughout the ages have attempt to silence those who are considered "dissidents," "troublemakers," "whistle-blowers" or political enemies.

This form of fascism has been institutionalized by way of the co-optation of state and local law enforcement in the name of "keeping America safe." Those who subvert law enforcement to achieve these ideologically-driven goals play upon prejudices and stereotypes held by individuals under their influence.

This is no delusion, friend; it is fact, a reality that is too evil and horrific for the many good people in positions of authority to accept.

So it may take "the good people on the inside," who have inside knowledge, to come forward as I have and make public their testimony. I believe that some of those people are reading this, even as I write it. To them, I say: Do you have it in you to do the right thing? Or will you be consumed by the knowledge that by saying nothing, you allow crimes against humanity to continue to be committed against your fellow citizens -- in violation of your sworn oath and your religious precepts?

Think about it, please.

I don't have a lot of time today to read all of the links I followed here from infowars.com today, but I have experienced what seems to be intense government stalking. I had a short, ugly man from New Jersey stalking me for quite a while (he looked like the same man who'd called me over to his truck at a laundromat years earlier, to show me that he was masturbating in his truck -- notice that Eugene Hasenfus was arrested for that repeatedly after being shot down over Nicaragua, like sexual perversion is what these people prefer to hire). The New Jersey stalker on a couple of occasions used a black Yukon SUV with New Jersey tags -- in the year 2000 I think they were UY7530, but I'd have to look it up in my old notes to be sure. He'd use other vehicles too, and there were other men who seemed to be doing the same thing. I complained repeatedly to police and the FBI, but the one police officer who was a small-time local cop and willing to help (one of the REAL heroes in our society) said that the state of New Jersey stonewalled him on the identity of the owner of that particular license tag. Finally, a Secret Service agent who took pity on my situation, years later, mentioned loudly to another Secret Service agent -- in my presence, so that I could hear it -- that the tags traced back to a government agency. It had an environmental-sounding name, but it wasn't the EPA, and to this day I can't remember the exact title of the agency because I'd never heard it before or since.

When my sister was shot in the head in 2001 (thankfully she survived with few problems) and her husband was beaten by police shortly after that, I suspected that it was related to the same thing. There are many reasons I may have been stalked, but as early as the year 2000 I wasn't doing much that was even slightly controversial. There had been a liberal rock star years earlier who had been flirting with me, and a prior stalking case with other men seemed to start shortly after that. (I was pretty cute in my younger days, with an hourglass figure and reddish-brown hair down to my butt.) So even though we weren't seeing each other, it seemed that I could have been a target to either punish the man, or to make sure that an outsider didn't have access to someone with that much sway. I also was posting things on message boards related to herbal medicine and the health benefits of a vegetarian diet -- things that might threaten big pharma's profits, but I was a total small-timer, so they must be really hyper about enforcing their monopoly if that's the reason for it all...

So let's cut to the chase -- how do I defend myself when no one else is willing to help me? Well, I'm a really good energy healer, and I used to send not energy, but karma, back to the people trying to harm me, or doing other evil things. (It seems to work the best when you're the victim of their bad karma, though.) Long story short, after I sent karma back to whoever shot my sister, the brother of a former CIA agent who had belittled me for thinking I was being stalked (and I suspected may have been involved in it or at least cooperating) died almost immediately of sudden and rapid-acting brain cancer. The police officer who broke my brother-in-law's shoulder was shot in the shoulder. And I could go on and on. Most just disappear with me not knowing what happened to them. And asking for karmic justice isn't a monopoly by energy healers. Of course it's best to have to have good karma to do it -- because you might receive some of your own karma back, too. That's the nature of karma -- what you give, you receive. And karma seems to happen whether you ask for it or not, it's been observed for thousands of years. But if you help people in your life and don't try to harm them, good karma is the kind you'll typically. I've seen my salary more than double since being stalked, no doubt reflecting rewards for my good karma.

Just remember, for people who want to try this -- when praying for karmic justice or just sending karma in an energy-healer sort of mode, be sure to send it to the person trying to harm you, all the way up their chain of command, and to everyone who's helping them in these evil deeds. Also into their past, present, and future. The nice thing about it is, they only seem to get what they deserve. Small-timers just get a lesson and seem to go away quickly. Murderers can see much worse. But most just receive the lessons they need, and often the lessons are so obvious that people who I can follow-up on seem to understand it's their bad karma biting them in the ass.

Otherwise, if other people have found effective ways of dealing with these people, please do post the information! I know mine is a sort of New Age response, but it works for me! Peace and love to you all. (And karma to those who need it badly...)

URGENT TO MY READERS:

Last night, in the wake of making the posts above and related posts to recent articles I have written, the radiation attacks on me intensified. I was struck at the base of my neck, causing instant extreme pain. Also, my head felt like it was burning up, and the skin on my hands literally turned a reddish pink as I typed. And my computer slowed to a crawl, as it is doing at this very moment. My vision also was noticeably degraded. My already weak vision in dim light turned to nearly night blindness. Faintly visible light had a magenta-like tinge -- much like over-exposed photographic film.

It appears to me that radiation emitting devices have been secreted in my house, or that "directed energy weapons" (DEW) capable of through-the-wall penetration (as has been verified in official literature about these weapons) is being directed at me from outside by house, perhaps from adjacent properties.

I place the credibility of 35+ years as a journalist on the line in making these statements. Those who have deployed these radiation weapons in communities across America know I am speaking the truth.

Just this last week, on Christmas eve, an article in "New Scientist" (newscientist.com) confirmed from official sources that "pain ray" weapons are nearing readiness for deployment to local law enforcement. (Interesting timing, given the recent stories here.)

That is disinformation which contains the essential kernel of truth. Such weaponry exists, is already is out there, and it's been deployed covertly to operatives (if not sworn officers, perhaps civilians, citizen vigilantes, or "contractors") who are using these radiation "pain rays" to torture, impose "control," and otherwise degrade the lives and the health of their officially-designated "targets" -- a SLOW KILL operation. The fact that this torture increased in intensity as I am publishing these articles to a broadening global audience demonstrates to me just how brazen these human rights abusers have become. The forces committing these heinous acts truly believe they are above the laws of man and God. This is the face of American fascism. It must be stopped. Now. Before more people suffer; before more people die; before our economy plunges deep into a Depression partly brought about by extrajudicial targeting and punishment of untold thousands of Americans who are being denied their constitutional and human rights.

Whenever you are 'silenced' this is because an EMPLOYER, who would have preferred your work (but your identity, CV and the particular job were stolen and applied for via the internet by the perpetrators) might become aware of your existence on these posting places. Don't forget that identity theft implies that the person whose identity was stolen has in effect to be 'dead' to the working world. This is the real and only reason for the 'censorship'. If you manage to find that Employer who was, in effect, prepared to employ you, the perpetrators will have to let off and flee the country. It may be worth a try.

IMPORTANT ADDENDUM:

Today I received more than 80 emails, purportedly from Politico.com, stating that more than 80 posts I have made to the site over the past few months have been deleted "due to inappropriate content."

Then I checked Google. The links to those Politico.com posts apparently were deleted as well.

Then I tried to log onto Politico.com. I received a message that my account has been "deactivated."

All this happened since last night.

What powerful message are the forces of censorship attempting to keep from the American people? I am being silenced.

Now long before even this channel of communications is removed from public view? I believe the "comments" section already is being unconstitutionally "filtered" by third-party censors.

If any constitutional lawyers and/or civil liberties advocates are reading this: Please file on my behalf and on others similarly affected a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the government agencies who have the power to effect this apparent unconstitutional censorship and invasion of privacy. Perhaps in the discovery process, we can determine who bears responsibility for this descent into authoritarian fascism.

(he generously offered the ACLU a third of any damages) and of course he keeps claiming official involvement by government agencies because without an official deep pocket, a class action civil suit goes nowhere. He wants this to continue and get worse, to pump up the damages. By claiming his free speech has been violated he's trying to get the ACLU involved because he can't possibly prove any physical ailments and needs an angle for personal involvement. His continued reassurance of inside knowledge of investigations, even saying that people inside had, not would, but had already confessed to horrible crimes are merely to lull us into passive inaction until all this escaltes into a profitable lawsuit.

Just a theory, I could be way out there. It does explain why he doesn't care that his whacko posting is damaging the credibility of everyone, and fits with the repeated claims that his perps forge all his bank and utility bills and ruined him financially. Maybe he saw the O/S story and figured "here is the cash cow I've been waiting for..... a crime victims can't prove is happening thus can't be disproven that I was one all along....". I have been wondering why the repeated demands for a civil lawsuit with damages, most- hell all of us just want our normal old lives back, getting a windfall jury award has never been on the table.

If Vic thinks this is unjustly accusatory, maybe his responses to questions should be more candid .

This data was collected by experts in their fields: including a noted engineering firm and security firm. The testing took place over app. 12 mos from 4-07 to 4/08. Depending on how one might measure cost my bill was from 15-25k in one year alone.
The data collected proves a mystery signal that emanates from a neighbor's home that ranges from its base at 1,000 times stronger than the strongest radio signal emanacting in our area to 10,000 times. The signal causes electronic equipment in our home to squelch, squeal, and sound "like a bomb going off" in order to cause sleep deprivation (there are two children in our home) in the targets. The signal also causes the destruction of private property. The signal is maintained during normal sleeping hours and rarely can be measured in the day. The signal can possibly cause "electronic radiation poisoning" and other long-term ailments.
My test results are courtroom-ready and can help other gang stalking targets to prove to law enforcement that this signal is real, should they be a target, or if the attackers are untouchable as is ours, then this data can be used as proof with the media, or proof on-line.

A couple of things...

what was the frequency? pulsed or constant? UWB or a single wavelength?

I am of the understanding pulsed transmissions and the ultra wideband type take detection equipment into a whole 'nother level of cost and expertise to operate, this seems to be our dilemma- documenting what they are beaming at us and where it comes from.

I think it's most interesting to find the frequency, simply because it is somewhat revealing to the level of funding behind procurement of their equipment.

Sorry to see you couldn't use this in your jurisdiction against the perpetrators. An independent report is a level of effort far above what most have within their means, though it regrettably, for legal purposes, is just one side of an argument. A legal precedent or landmark judgement is certainly hard to accomplish. (I understand the guy in Kansas was lucky to get his at all, it merely came because the other party was a no show in court? True?)
