Tashay Edwards Attacks Over Twitter Feud

A fight on Twitter turned into a real-life confrontation. Tashay Edwards, 19, is accused of a brutal assault on an unknown young woman after a Twitter feud. You can see the video below: it's NSFW for language and violence.

A video posted to WorldStarHipHop, which has been viewed over two million times, shows a woman alleged to be 19-year-old Elyria, Ohio resident  Tashay Edwards knocking on the victim's door, and then dragging her out onto the porch. The video then shows the woman believed to be Tashay Edwards punch and kick the victim, and then drag her down the proch stairs and rip her shirt off.

The video was added to WSHH on April 18, 2012; the incident allegedly involving Tashay Edwards and the unnamed victim occurred on March 19.

The police log reads, "8:14 p.m. — 2500 block Washington Ave., Tashay D. Edwards, 19, 100 block Spring St., arrested and charged with assault and violation of a temporary protection order. A woman, who said she has had ongoing problems with Edwards, said Edwards repeatedly punched her and ripped her shirt off."

The victim was misidentified by ibntimes as Twitter user Nee Nee, who denied being the woman in the video.
