This was taken from Ortega ridge, probably about 5 miles from the fire. It just kept getting bigger and bigger. High winds have kept the fire moving and hard to contain. You could smell the fire. It was hot. Every once and a while a huge flame would burst out somewhere new. Over 100 homes and been destroyed, and the fire is still going strong.
