The TEA Party Express ( http://twurl.cc/21g3 )is a traveling road show with some whistle-stop like expounding, some great songs, and a little dancing and prancing. That's right conservatives can be fun too. I traveled 574 miles for 11 hours to see them in Rapid City South Dakota Last Fall. Well worth the ride. This will be part of their third trip around the United States leading up to the November 2010 elections. This tour will end up at the nations capital on Tax day, April 15.
Group Spokesman Levi Russell says the tour will spotlight members of Congress who they consider the worst offenders when it comes to fiscal policy. While both Republicans and Democratic Politicians will be targeted, Russell freely admits more Democrats than Republicans will be the subject of their ire.
As with the past tours the program will emphasize the issues of Limited Government, Erosion of Personal Liberties, Intrusion of Government into our personal lives and Fiscal Responsibility.
