This is a Rally to force the Minnesota Legislature to hear testimony on Judicial Corruption in the State of Minnesota. Further, to force the legislature to hear and debate proposed MN HR 1632 and Grand Jury Legislation.

WE THE PE0PLE have allowed our Minnesota Judiciary to become corrupt. Instead of the rule of law we now have whim of judges and justice to the highest bidder. The Legislature has abdicated its duty to oversee and discipline judges. Judges have written rules that allow them to take tips, otherwise known as bribes. They have their own rules that say they don't have to follow their own rules. They even have rules that say they don't have to follow state statutes.

FOR FOUR YEARS A GROUP OF PATRIOTS HAVE UNSUCCESSFULLY FOUGHT TO HAVE THIS TESTIMONY AND LEGISLATION HEARD IN MINNESOTA SENATE AND HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEES.

The Chair persons of those committees, Senator Moua and Representative Mullery have successfully prevented hearing of testimony and the legislation by their whim.

We have been told that if we can put 5000 people on the Capital Steps, the Legislature will be force to hear theses matters by the weight of public opinion.

Currently the following people will be speaking:

Representative Dan Severson = Author of HR 1632
Jack Graham - Candidate for Minnesota Attorney General
Tim Kinley - Christian imprisoned for using the bible to teach religion to his own children

This list will grow as we get confirmations from other speakers.

If you have an interest in speaking, Please let us know.

If you think the Family Courts and Divorce should be reformed, this rally is the place to be!

If you think minorities are unjustly treated by judges, this rally is the place to be!

If you think you should be able to continue to vote for judges, this rally is the place to be!

If you are dissatisfied with the Minnesota Judiciary for any other reason, this is the place to be!

Minnesota Legislature Ad Hoc Committee on Judicial Corruption March 2009, Part 1 of 2

The House and Senate Judiciary Committee refused to allow testimony, hence this "Ad Hoc Committee Setting. For 4 years, a coalition of groups and Citizens have tried to have legislation on Judicial REform and Accountability heard in both houses of the Minnesota Legislature. Senator Mee Moua of the Senate Judiciary Committee and Representative Joe Mullery of the House Judiciary Committee refuse to allow testimony to be heard and legislation to be brought forward. Senator Moua and Representative Mullery, do you think 4 years of diligent Citizen lobbying is sufficient to have Committee hearings this year?

Minnesota Legislature Ad Hoc Committee on Judicial Corruption March 2009, Part 2 of 2

The individual who refuses to defend his rights when called by his Government, deserves to be a slave, and must be punished as an enemy of his country and friend to her foe. President Andrew Jackson

Look Forward to seeing you there.
