After a massive arrest of many youths in the murder of Rhys Jones, it appears police have been able to get the teen they were looking for.
A 17-year-old male youth will appear in court on Thursday charged with the murder of Liverpool schoolboy Rhys Jones.
The 11-year-old was shot in the neck in the Croxteth area of the Merseyside city in August last year after returning from football practice, fuelling fears of rising youth crime and gang violence.
The 17-year-old was charged on Wednesday along with five other suspects. All will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court.
