I have a feeling that this is a growing trend part of the sex tourism scene in the Philippines where young pimps visit the Malls and ply their services to tourist and foriegn residents. I am glad to say its somethink that is not happening on the Island I live on at least its not apparent.
MINORS are now exploiting their fellow minors in Baguio City.
On November 10, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDG-CAR) rescued four minors from prostitution, through an entrapment operation.
