NP Rank:
Teenager Bullied to Death at School, Parents Gang Stalked
13 year old Asher Brown of Cypress, Texas, a small community just outside of Houston, committed suicide by gunshot on September 23, 2010. This occurred after two years of incessant bullying at Hamilton Middle School in Cy-Fair, Texas. Asher's parents, David and Amy Truong, reported the bullying, which included assaults, to coaches, teachers, the Assistant Principal, and anyone who would listen at his school. Other parents of Hamilton Middle School students came forward to support the Truongs, and to complain that their kids were being tormented and bullied too. Apparently, all of the complaints made by bullied students and their parents were systematically ignored.
The motive behind the bullying was as repugnant as the outcome. Asher was bullied over his appearance, his Buddhist faith, which is uncommon in "Christian Texas", and, rumors about his sexual orientation.
In April of 2011 Asher's parents filed suit in federal court against the School District. The wheels of community harassment a.k.a. "gang stalking" were immediately put in motion. Day and night the Truong's were subjected to caravans of loud cars, honking their horns, brighting their lights into their home, and taunting them with verbal threats and harassment. Over a dozen incidents of vandalism of the Truong's home and property were documented. The vandalism included over a dozen broken bottles smashed over their entire lawn taking them hours to pick up the broken shards of glass. All this in response to a lawsuit seeking justice for their dead child, and seeking to safeguard the rights of other bullied students and would be future victims.
It is widely known among gang stalking victims that the nationwide community mobbing apparatus involves not only criminals, but the very local, state and federal authorities charged with protecting the civil rights of all citizens. This perverted system is a regression into the rule by mob that is anathema to any "democracy".

The complaint in the case lists a bill of particulars in regard to whom the Truong's complained to, when they complained, etc. It also lists numerous incidents of bullying of other students at Hamilton Middle School and the systematic ignoring of the bullying problem by Hamilton M.S. officials despite numerous parental complaints about the widespread bullying problem. In a recent MY FOX Houston news piece, investigative journalist Greg Groogan confirmed that incident reports of harassment of the Troungs and vandalism of their residence, for a period of over a year, "went missing".
A Pct. 4 deputy constable recently told the Troungs that the incident reports involving past harassment and vandalism at their home could not be located.

YJ,
You can deride me and be dismissive all you want. The story is well sourced and reality grounded. Might makes right for sure. However, in the long term, even the mighty fall. America is just starting to experience its fall.

YJ, It's telling that you read a story about a child's suicide and bullying (of both him and his parents) and then chose to make a crack about Scrivener.

So this merely proves absolutely that you sock puppet your own articles with unverified comments and load your own comments with recommend marks as an anonymous user.
Why on earth would you be signed out of NowPublic otherwise? What reason would you have to jump through the additional hoops when you're logged in automatically?

I am not PeaceFrog, nor am I a "sock puppet", as you put it. Your comment shows me how wrong you are, how quick you are to judge, and how you leap to conclusions. And people log out of various services (including web sites) all the time... You're certainly not anyone that I would take seriously. (And save the canned response.)
at 11:43 on March 7th, 2012
Who the hell was talking to you? I didn't specify WHO his sockpuppets are.
Peacefrog states that he signs out of his NowPublic account then goes looking for his articles.
There is only one reason he'd be doing that- to comment anonymously or recommend his own comments. He's outed himself.
Can you posit any other reason one would take sign out of an account and them look for an article he wrote?

Thank you for that, I stand corrected about the parents efforts to contact the school. Or should I say the links you previously furnished in the article stand corrected. My comments were based upon the information in front of me at the time.
This still does not explain why you embellished the contents of that Fox video and fabricated details to fit within "gang stalking" tactics which the video in no way mentioned or implied.
i.e; adding "brighting" and "routine" and "daily" and exaggerating from "more than a dozen" (which could merely be 13) to "dozens of".
And why would you sign out of your NowPublic account then go looking for your article?

How many of these incidents might be linked to gang stalking?-------Jan. 1 — Jeffrey Fehr, 18, hanged himself at his family’s home in Granite Bay, Calif.------------------ • Jan. 11 — Eric James Borges, 19, an intern at The Trevor Project, committed suicide after being bullied, tormented and terrorized for most of his life. His religious-extremist parents did not to attend his memorial.---------------------------- • Jan. 20 — Phillip Parker, 14, of Gorndonsville, Tenn. committed suicide. His parents said he was constantly bullied because he was gay.---------------------------- • Jan. 29 — Rafael Morelos, 14, of Wenatchee, Wash., who was openly gay, hanged himself after constant bullying.---------------------------

I would like to know how were the parents treated at work. Were they mobbed or bullied at work? Did they loose their jobs? These things are part of the evil that comes with gang stalking.
at 15:15 on March 2nd, 2012
I would assume that the School Board dispute got them put on a gang stalking list, and that they will be having problems related to employment or even running a business. This stuff is very systematic and programmatic, there is not too much variation in the story line once the gang stalking is initiated.
at 07:12 on March 4th, 2012
Why is it not a surprise that once you look deeper into this story, it turns out to be much different than it is presented as, and while it seems the parents are being ":gang stalked": it's much more likely this is the expected reaction of a community being rocked and vilified by the whole country on unjustified grounds?
Some facts:
While his parents insist they complained to school officials over half a dozen times and nothing was ever done, (school officials recall no such contact) they also cannot recall the names or titles of anyone they spoke to or when they spoke to them and have no copies of any emails.
So obviously they did not, even giving them benefit of doubt and they did call, were so lame about it and didn't follow up on it it's as if they didn't do anything for him at all.
It doesn't make sense that a half a dozen contacts they can't even remember if it was his teacher or his principal, let alone a name?
While they claimed after his death they'd contacted the school about him being bullied for his sexual orientation in the past, he didn't "come out" and tell his stepfather he was "gay" until the day he killed himself. The claims don't match.
David's older brother was hospitalized for mental illness weeks before the suicide, (verified) there are unverified reports this older brother had molested David. .
Another unverified report reveals David's father committed suicide himself years ago.
David killed himself in his own home, in his stepfather's closet with a gun his stepfather kept loaded and unlocked. It is a crime in the Texas state code, as in many states, to allow a child to have such access to firearms in the home. There are verified reports of some bizarre punishment rituals by David's stepfather, putting guns in his mouth and making him kneel for hours.
So after all the above the parents blame the school, file a lawsuit, and blame all the ugly monsters in their community for this. It's all over the national news. Surely to take the blame away from their own negligence in keeping a gun unlocked, NOT doing anything about the bullying, and shifting blame for what is certainly a family history of genetic mental illness- molested by his own brother, and dad killed himself? How is this the school's fault?
We should not be surprised the parents are now getting harassed and there is no indication this is part of what some call "gang stalking". They're trying to cash in with a lawsuit and have brought shame to their community for a matter that is not what they claim.
I invite any challenge to the facts as I presented them. If you want to attack my person for "disinfo" in an effort to "hide the huge epidemic of gang stalking" please do not insult anyone's intelligence. That's just what this misrepresented story was doing.
at 07:36 on March 4th, 2012
Batvette,
It is clear that you are a disinformation artist and tool seeking to cover-up and minimize gang stalking. I trust my readers have enough intelligence to see right through you.
Your trying to twist this and blame the victim is shameless scapegoating, and shows you are a DISGUSTING TOOL.
No person of average intelligence would view this video and think what the Truong's are experiencing is some ad hoc community reaction. This is systematic, programmatic, i.e., the Program.
The Truong's name the "Assistant Principal" and Asher's "teachers and coaches" as persons they complained to. Other parents at Hamilton High are supporting their claims and complaining about the bullying of their kids. The school clearly has a problem it's not properly addressing.
The Truong's have more credibility than you ever had bozo!

at 20:21 on March 4th, 2012
They can't name names or dates when they supposedly talked to these people.
FACT.
"teachers and coaches"? WHICH teachers and coaches?
HOMEROOM teacher?
Science teacher?
Math teacher?
History teacher?
Football coach?
Baseball coach?
Basketball coach?
No specific titles.
Like "Mr. Fred Smith, Asher's 4th period Math Class teacher".
They're full of s h i t.
Nobody is denying this kid was bullied by the way, not me or anyone else. What's being questioned is the parents actions trying to place all the blame on the community and vilifying them and cashing in on it, and the community is reacting in response to that. It's not gang stalking at all. It could be loosely defined as mobbing in the way it happens in nature but that's because these parents are asking for it. They're dicks.
at 03:52 on March 5th, 2012
these parents are asking for it. They're dicks.
Look in the mirror and ask yourself what problems you really have. Blame the person in the mirror.
at 07:09 on March 5th, 2012
Oh when did I leave four loaded guns unlocked in my closet for my son to gain easy access to? When did I go on national television and tell the whole country that my community was full of monsters, and file a lawsuit trying to cash in on my kid's suicide and backed it with ridiculous claims I'd told a half a dozen school employees about it... but forgot who they were or when I'd spoken to them?

Batvette: "It's not gang stalking at all. It could be loosely defined as mobbing in the way it happens in nature but that's because these parents are asking for it. They're dicks."----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So, in a nutshell, you're a proponent of vigilante activity, batvette. Yours is a "blame the victim" mentality -- these parents were "asking for it" -- the justification of criminal gang-stalkers everywhere. With or without you, batvette... GS will eventually be exposed for what it is -- criminal activity that is wholly inconsistent with the rule of law. You say the parents are "full of..." it? Wow. Well, what does that say about you??? We know exactly who you are now, if it wasn't clear before.
at 12:11 on March 7th, 2012
Who I am? Someone with the balls to create an account and not backbite others pretending to be numerous individuals.
Pretty f u c king hilarious, "WE know exactly who you are". You are pretending to speak for others, or has this multiple pseudonym thing really gone to your head?

Take a look at the original complaint -- there are several people who are named. The defendants are those whom one would expect. Others listed by name, at a glance, include a guidance counselor and a receptionist. These people will be deposed and/or testify (help me out PeaceFrog -- I'm not a lawyer...) and will be required to tell the truth under penalty of perjury. Hopefully, people will tell the truth and we'll see a positive outcome in this case -- one that will have a decidedly positive impact on this nationwide scourge of bullying and harassment. If we're incredibly lucky, something about what is termed gang-stalking (community-based harassment, organized stalking) will come to light. "It takes a village", as it's been said... It's up to all of us -- all of us -- to protect young people from the bullies of the world. And it would be best to deal with these bullies when they are young, so that they don't grow up to become big bullies.
at 21:33 on March 4th, 2012
Other Parents at Hamilton also say:
And so the question lingers - Did faculty and administrators do enough prevent and police abuse from bullies? Parents angry over the ugly national spotlight lined up to defend the integrity and competence of Hamilton's campus leadership at a meeting of Cypress-Fairbanks school board.
"Hamilton is not a school for hate. I doubt there has been a school that's demonstrated a higher commitment to addressing this with students," said Hamilton parent Stuart Sheehan.
"I know from personal experience with my kids that the assistant principals step in and take appropriate action. I've never heard of an instance of the administration ignoring a complaint," said Hamilton parent James Hawkins.
"The recent image of Hamilton Middle School clearly reflected the opinions of those who never stepped on the campus," added Hamilton parent Annie Ember.
at 03:56 on March 5th, 2012
What does that have to do with several other parents coming forward to say their child was also bullied at Hamilton?
Many children aren't bullied and their parents would have no gripe with the school. So What?

The gang-stalking networks target the vulnerable, including those with a history of family discord, mental illness, and the list goes on... This program takes a "divide and conquer" approach. Gang-stalkers engage in predatory behavior and target those whom they perceive to be weak. Perhaps David's father was targeted, as well. You're wrong on this one, no matter how you try to spin it. So keep spinning... Gang stalking will be exposed with or without you. You've made yourself irrelevant.
