Ten persons were killed and more than Fourty persons including children andwoemen were injured in the missile attack on thursday, last night here in landikotal when alleged militants fired rockets on the Army garrison at Landikotal hitting a godown in which dozens of Labourers were staying. Reliable sources said this scribe.



A missile hit a godown of Haji Umar Gul in main bazar of landikotal in which dozens of labourers were sleeping Three afghan persons who were labourers in landikotal namely Zabi ulah ,Minhaj and Sami ullah also killed on the spot while the other were identified as Shah wali ,Said Awal ,Sher , Nandan residents of Mohmand Agency, Asim resident of Attock ,Israj ali shinwari and Ghulam ali residents of landikotal killed in the attack.sources said that about twent cars have also destroyed in the attack adding that the missile attack was so strong which caused the breaking of nearby homes windows. a rocket also dropped, hitting an Islamic madrasah on Torkham road in landikotal in which dozens of holy Quran books were also burnt.



it is also mentioning here that the godown was full of million worth ruppees food commodities like rice, tea,ghee ,flour which were completely destroyed.



Security forces at Landikotal have confirmed as many thirty rockets fired from alleged militants side but they added that no casualty have occured in the attack.



It also merits to be mentioned here that it was the second big attack from alleged militants which hit the Army camp at Landikotal but in the first one attack a security personal among fourteen frontier core jawan were also injured.
