In the short time available between 09 March 2005 and John's funeral on 17 March 2005, I scanned and digitally stored all relevant remaining paperwork to ensure there remained a lasting record of parts of John's life. I was determined to ensure the British Government's clean-up operation would fail and distributed the digital images under secure biometric encryption to several safe locations.
Studying the hardcopy paperwork retrieved from John's home in Hampstead it became even more clear that a specific 53 year period of his life had been eradicated. Whether this was done before John died remains unclear. He had been in the Royal Free Hospital for several weeks and his property left unattended. When he died on 05 March 2005, it took me a further four days to get to his property.
The moment I was told of his death on the night of 05 March 2005, I was minded to travel to London the next morning and retrieve all relevant paperwork but my father was in serious ill-health and could not travel at such short notice. It took four days to make the necessary arrangements and in that period just about anything could have happened. The professional thing to do would have been to travel to London that very same night but events were again shaped by incorrigible factors.
Be that as it may, we attended John's funeral on 17 March 2005 leaving from at J H Kenyon's Funeral Directors before midday. But not before having been shadowed en route to London from Nottingham by surveillance officers. At Watford Gap Services on the M1 Motorway, I noticed two men taking a great deal of notice of us. I took out a radio frequency or bug detector and placed it on our table and explained to my father in a loud voice what the device was. At this both men got up immediately and left their table next to us and stood about fifty yards away but still within direct view of our table. I was greatly amused by their sudden departure....
And again on Hampstead Heath Gardens just fifty yards from J H Kenyon's a man and woman sat in a vehicle parked on the opposite side of the road to our vehicle. I checked back at our vehicle three times before we set off for Golders Green Crematorium for the cremation service and the couple were still sat in their vehicle. I took the precaution of considering them to be part of a surveillance team.
The funeral went well and we made our way back to Hampstead. It being St Patrick's day we decided to take a few drinks at the George Public House on Hungerhill Road before heading back to Nottingham. Everything was going well until my elder brother went outside to take a telephone call from his wife. A smartly dressed woman wearing a white blouse and black suit approached my brother, stood directly in front of him, stared at him, then turned to look through the open windows at me sat with my father. She then quickly made off towards Belsize Park Tube Station.
I wanted to follow her but my father would not allow it, we were at a funeral and had to get my elderly father home safely. Thirty minutes later we left Hampstead and began the 110 miles drive back to Nottingham at approximately 14.00hrs to ensure we avoided the rush-hour traffic on Britain's nightmarish M1 Motorway. The female spook was all but forgotten but she had not forgotten us as we pulled over at Northampton Service Station on the M1.
My elder brother set off to buy coffee and I took a seat with my father outside Coffee Costa. I looked around the building thronging with commuters and sat by the main entrance on the opposite side of the floor were the two men who were tailing us at Watford Gap Services on the inbound journey. There was no doubt at all we were under surveillance by spooks and/or Special Branch officers ordered by their superiors at the Home Office and MI5 to invade my family's privacy.
My brother returned to our table and explained that the woman who confronted him outside The George was stood right behind him in the queue as he waited to buy coffee. He turned around to face her, giving her a mean stare and she walked off. My brother followed her and this specimen disappeared into a mobile phone shop, leaving through the fire exit she escaped into the car park. By this time, I was ready for anything. I could not subdue my anger any longer and wanted to wade in but my father and brother calmed me down.
The whole experience was sickening, appalling and completely unacceptable. Not only had these government freaks wiped-out 53 years of my uncle's life, they were also invading his funeral and abusing our right to privacy. Not to mention that an unnecessary post mortem had so badly disfigured my uncle's body it prevented us from seeing him for the last time. As the seconds ticked by that day, I grew more and more convinced that I was caught up in the grip of something completely evil. I decided then to fight the sinister forces of the British State. It was to be the wake up call, and appalling though it was, much worse was to come within a week of the funeral.
At 07.02hrs on 24 March 2005, four police officers (thugs in uniforms) smashed in the doors of my home without a warrant. I was handcuffed to the rear and punched in the temple before being dragged out to a police car. My laptop computer was seized by the 'police' acting on instructions from the Home Office. The spurious 'justification' for this illegal raid was the possibility I had obtained my laptop computer by fraudulent means which was completely untrue. I provided the police with a till receipt from PC World and was told, "Well, you could have forged that and we're not accepting it."
It was clear from the outset as I arrived in custody that the police were out to frame me for whatever they could think of and forgery was the main thrust of their character assassination. The tactic behind this was completely transparent: If the police could show to the courts and the wider public I was guilty of forgery, any documents I later uncovered regarding my uncle's time in Government Service would also be discredited as forgeries.
To this extent and knowing exactly what they were doing, having been ordered to do so, I was given a confidential file by the police data 'protection officer' in which it was alleged I was wanted for forgery and counterfeiting currency. Of course I had never been arrested by the police and questioned before at anytime on suspicion of fraud, forgery and producing counterfeit currency.
The dirty war had begun in earnest and I was appalled by their deceit but not in the least bit surprised. The British Government was out to destroy me for having caused them so many problems in the past and MI5 in particular had a serious grudge against me for having rejected their offer of recruitment in October 2003.
At Ludgate House on 16 October 2003, I attended a meeting at the request of Peter Hill who was then the editor of the Daily Star. Two months later Hill was promoted to edit the Daily Express and both newspapers moved from Ludgate House to Northern & Shell, 10 Lower Thames Street, London.
The tense meeting was called by Peter Hill to discuss a covert strategy to defeat the British National Party and he believed that my intimate and expert knowledge of the far Right could help to combat the rise of the BNP. But quite apart from offering me a job with Express Newspapers as a consultant on the far Right, Hill immediately asked me if I worked for MI5 to gauge my reaction. Naturally, I denied working for MI5, at which point he asked me if I would consider joining MI5 as a desk officer investigating the far Right.
I was immediately struck that I was in effect being interviewed for a job with MI5 as opposed to a job with the newspaper. I said I was not prepared to work for MI5 but Hill, referred to in Private Eye Magazine as "Peter 'Mentally' Hill", would not take no for an answer and pressed me several times to work for MI5, saying "I think your knowledge is wasted here and you would be better off working for MI5".
Each time Hill asked me if I was prepared to work for MI5, I said no emphatically and explained, "I don't want to end up floating in the Thames when they're done with me," to which he replied, "I'm sure that type of thing doesn't happen anymore." I shot back at him, "I am perfectly sure that it does." Realising his failure to recruit me to MI5, Hill broke off the meeting and left the conference room in a tantrum.
I later wrote to the Director General of MI5 and after several ignored letters and a three-month wait, I finally received a reply from the DG in which Eliza Manningham-Buller did not deny Peter Hill was tasked to recruit me to The Security Service. And since I first alleged Peter Hill was an MI5 asset in October 2004, he has not taken out a libel action against me for alleged libel/slander. Given the fact that there is a three-year period of limitation for such actions to be brought, it is reasonable to conclude that Hill has nothing to say in his 'defence'. No court in Britain could take him seriously if he did bring such an action - a fact of which he is perfectly aware. And if the allegation is untrue, why not sue for libel? I would, but Hill's inaction tells a thousand words...!
And in custody on 24 March 2005, I was not prepared to allow the dirty tricks of HMG to go unchallenged and challenged to the police to prove that they had not seized my laptop simply to invade my privacy and check all of my data stored on the laptop HDD. The police said they were not interested in my data, they only wanted to check the serial number against proof of purchase.
On 13 May 2005, Police Constable Kathy Austin had to inform me that my data had been checked "because if anything is found that does not belong to you, it has to be reported." I asked to which government agency such matters would be reported and she replied by saying she did know. In reality, Special Branch would have informed MI5 of any significant data on my laptop in relation to John Francis Smith's Government Service. On 12 July 2005, I was refused charge by the Crown Prosecution 'Service' on the grounds I had not committed a criminal offence.
But in the event the police and spooks did not find what they thought I might have because John made no copies of the two manuscripts he had written detailing his time in Government Service in an attempt to clear his name of any wrongdoing. On the contrary, MI5 and the Metropolitan Police Special Branch had already seized the manuscripts and prevented their publication. John had shown the manuscripts to London publishers and a stringer had tipped-off the authorities about the explosive content John wanted to publish. He was stopped and as a result I was determined not to be stopped by the State and I have succeeded by using different methods than John.
Today, we have the internet, the most powerful tool ever given to collective mankind to assess, collate and disseminate the truth in the public interest. HMG and the Political Establishment have failed to stop me from publishing the damning facts. But even today some people in Britain still presume to live in a 'democracy'. It is astonishing that any sane person who has been living in Britain since the Miners Strike of 1984, can believe Britain is even remotely 'democratic'.
For over twenty years now Britain has progressively been turned into a Police State by successive Conservative and New Labour governments. By far the worst of the two offenders has been New Labour under the premiership of the cash for honours crook and war criminal Tony Blair. Indeed, during his ten years as Prime Minister, Blair acted as the willing and obliging lapdog for the police and intelligence services, giving in to their every demand for increased dranconian powers to stamp on civil liberties.
On average, a person living in London can expect to be photographed on CCTV over 300 times a day. Has this stopped terrorism? The simple answer is no. Has the spread of CCTV across Britain reduced crime? Again, the answer is no and Britain continues to be hit by the largest crimewave in its history. And the police who should be out and about on the streets of Britain preventing crime spend too much time harassing political dissidents, attending political correctness courses to further cement their operational ideology into the same neo-Marxism espoused by the corrupt Blair regime and the now failed regime of Gordon Brown.
And despite the tidal wave of crime washing over Britain, the police always have time to enforce gay and ethnic rights and to clamp down on any sign of anti-Establishment socio-political resistance. Crime comes second place to enforcing crazy politically correct doctrines and sending pensioners to prison for refusing to pay taxes they cannot afford to pay. The British Establishment both Royal and Political are at war with the people of Britain and expect us to accept yet more decades of lies, incompetence and corruption dressed up as 'representation' of the people.
John Francis Smith realised this only too well and was sick to his back teeth of seeing the corrupt walk away from their crimes and lies without being punished. Too many times he witnessed, like his colleagues although they were not brave enough to taken on the Establishment, the extent to which the British people allow themselves to be cheated by a completely corrupt system of 'government' based on an unelected Monarchy and its satellites in the House of Lords. He stood up for the truth and backed Britain because he believed that this country was capable not only of greatness but also of ensuring social justice for everyone in Britain.
The whistleblower never lost his tune or the ability and knowledge of how to play the tune. On the contrary the Government's thugs terrorised him, threatened him, took away his pension for which he had worked so hard and by so doing they almost destroyed a good, decent and intelligent man. And as his nephew it is my job to make them pay for their crimes and that is excactly what I am going to do!
In part three of this chilling true story I will uncover the exact nature of what John Francis Smith tried to expose in Government Service and explain precisely why 53 years of his life had to be eradicated to protect people in positions of power. It is a story which resonates very much with the events of modern Britain. It is a story that must be told....
