The BLA terror organisation which is already banned by UK and US goverments for its involvement in terrorist activities involving murder, destruction of public and private property. Assasinations, blackmailing and harrasment of pulic figers and journalists. Frustrated by the lack of support from the local Balochi papulation it has increased its terrorism many fold. Hoping to gain from the Pakistani Goverment and Army's engagement with Taliban. It has managed to kill over 400 people majority of which is the poor innocent Balochi peopleit claims to represent.
Its terror tactics and blackmailing has been mostly unsuccessful because the people have rejected its racist and xenophobic ideology which is based on hate and voilence. Its master minds are the arrogant Baloch Sardars who want to rule Balochistan with the iron fist and keep the people in dark ages.

The fanatic leader  Brahamdagh Bugti should be captured and tried for th mass murder of innocent civilians in the terror campaign. Sadly he is being  supported by Indian RAW with money and weapons  as a revenge for Kashmir unrest. It is high time that goverments of the region join together to fight these selfish terror outfits who would consume the region if not checked now.

The good news is that both US and UK are acknowledging the fact that the terror tactics of BLA and  Brahamdagh Bugti are against the interest of Pakistani Goverment and the people of Balochistan and they are trainging and equiping Pakistani anti terrorism forces with latest equipment. But is it already too late for all the loss of life in Balochistan in recent times.

Pakistan has seen a massive increase in such attacks since 2007.

Most of the victims have been from attacks that targeted the security forces, although many of those killed were also civilians.

According to the figures handed out by the interior ministry, 1,395 people have been killed in 1,842 terror attacks.

Balochistan province (1,122) had the highest number of terror attacks.

North West Frontier Province came second with 692, followed by Punjab with 12 and Sindh nine.

NWFP had the highest death toll with 732 fatalities, followed by Balochistan (436), Punjab (119) and Sindh (21).

Pakistan's government has handed out 201.5 million rupees ($2.5m) in compensation to the victims.

The interior ministry said the government had taken a number of steps to curb the rise.

The report said funding had been increased in security forces training and recruitment.

It said the government was also acquiring the latest equipment and technology to combat the growing threat of militancy.
