Terrorism by Sources Unknown After Lawsuit Against The Johnnie Cochran Firm

JUST LOOK AT WHAT SOMEONE POSTED WITH MY VIDEOS ON YAHOO! which I just posted yesterday after being followed again - a music video called "I Miss You" about a nice woman, now dead.

FORGET THEM!  I refuse to live in fear.  God is stronger than the folks who terrorize my family for demanding open disclosure and justice regarding the wrongful death of my mentally ill brother, who was a heart patient, secretly incarcerated 18 days until death in Shelby County Jail, Memphis, Tennessee. 

Man makes plans, but God makes DECISIONS.  I belong to Him alone.  Folks ought to treat everyone right, then they would not have to be angry over the Truth.

I have assisted with hundreds of lawsuits as a legal assistant, and I never saw anything like this.  It is ridiculous and mean, and whoever is doing these things should be ashamed.

Neither of those words is one that I have ever used for a tag to my articles or videos.  I use more specific terms because those words are too vague and common.  In fact, I just went to Y! Video and typed "miss" in the search and then typed "missing" in the search just to see what it brought up, and both of those terms brought up pages of videos.

 

I believe I kept a film of the tag lines I used for the video, because I have run into my taglines being changed during my 4-year-long justice quest. 

 

I will need to know exactly what tag lines were in that MISSING YOU video and who placed it.  Will you be able to give me that information absent a subpoena.  If you do need a subpoena, please send me your registered agent contact information.

UPDATE 12-6-08   The drama continues regarding my electronic communication.  This letter went to YAHOO today:

Yahoo,   Last month, I wrote and inquirred how this death threat video got posted to mine.  I was mis-informed that it matched my taglines "miss" or "missing" when I never used such tag lines, and it says plainly over the videos that they all matched my name.  I can only assume that someone at Yahoo is protecting the person who posted this.    http://video.yahoo.com/search/?p=mary+neal&t=video

My mail is regularly deleted by parties unknown.  My searches do not yield the expected result.  Most often, my searches result in a response that no such items were found, even when I search for mail that I absolutely know is in my inbox.  My save file misses whole months. 

My outgoing mail is regularly redirected.  Much of my mail to my Yahoo groups does not actually post, even though the moderators did not reject it.  For instance, a post to wethepeople was found redirected to their spam folder a couple of months ago when I wrote and the moderators looked for it for me.  I know that I have folks monitoring and controlling my PC, but do you also have someone monitoring and controlling your Yahoo operations?   Today, I found that on my Yahoo profile, it says my email box is YID@yahoo.com.  What is that?  My email box is/was and has been since I became a member of Yahoo mneal000@yahoo.com.  I do not get half the mail that I should, and perhaps this is one reason why.  When I tried to email help from that signin to correct you on that, I was booted out and could not sign in again using my valid password.  Luckily, I had Yahoo open on another screen, and I am able to show you this.   Now, let me say that I am suing the Johnnie Cochran Firm, and some of these issues may be related to that case.  The specific mail that went missing from my email box pertained to that lawsuit.  I have your registered agent's information, and I will expect a full explanation for all of this apparent interference to my communication I experience on Yahoo.  I hope to discover if it is outside or inside interference.   If you have some explanation as to why my profile has the wrong email box to receive comunication from the public, please send it to me now.  If you have some reason why when I discovered this error, I was booted off Yahoo and could not re-enter using my valid password, I would like to know that, also.  And if you are willing to tell me who posted that death threat to my videos on Y! Video without my sending a subpoena first, I certainly still want to know who did it.   PLEASE CONFIRM RECEIPT - YAHOO AND ALL OTHER RECIPIENTS.   Thank you.
