Text message from the Obama campaign officially announcing Biden as the running mate by Dave Ward

At 1:55 A.M. Pacific Time today (August 23, 2008) I received my text message announcement from the Barack Obama presidential campaign stating that he had selected Senator Joseph Biden as his running mate.

The text message comes from 622-62 and was sent Aug 23 at 1:55AM. The full text says, "Barack has chosen Senator Joe Biden to be our VP nominee. Watch the first Obama-Biden rally live at 3pm ET on www.BarackObama.com. Spread the word!"
