Text of President Obama's Speech in Ghana
President Obama gave a speech directed at African leaders today in Ghana. This was his first visit to the continent as President and the first visit of an African-American president. The speech was given in the Ghanan parliament to a select group of parliamentarians, but broadcast throughout Africa and the globe.
The speech for the most part was well received by the attendees, except when Obama addressed the issue of corruption.
Here is the full text of the speech.
Here are some key excerpts for those that don't have time.

As I said in Amy her post His speech was pretty lame though and lacked substance other then the few obvious issues that others have stated many times already.
The difference this time around is that it is not a white President saying it and yet will any one listen.
Those that should listen wont this time either.
The African weekly "Jeune Afrique" Stated that does leaders of African countries that try to associate them self with Obama today would have him killed would he run as the leader of the opposition in their country.
