Thailand's prime minister ousted over the TV show

09-09-2008 Bangkok, Thailand.The nine-judge panel,Chat Chonlaworn announced that the prime minister has "violated Article 267 of the constitution, and his position as prime minister has end". The rest of the Cabinet will stay in as a caretaker government until a new prime minister is chosen. The senior deputy prime minister, Somchai Wongsawat, meanwhile assumes the prime minister's duties. He is the brother-in-law of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
As euphoria continued on the grounds of Government house, the co-leader of the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) Somsak Kosaisuk announced that occupation of the Prime ministers office by PAD supporters will continue until the new prime minister is elected.
