The following letter involves the Washington, DC and office in CA, NV, AZ, NC and who knows how many others feel free to share with those that enjoy the concept of equla treatment.

May 4, 2009

Mayor Phil Gordon

200 W. Washington Street, 11th Fl.

Phoenix, AZ 85003

Elected official are there to protect the people from government abuses.

Dear Mayor Gordon:

This is a civil rights matter previously directed to your office. There appear to be two camps of equal treatment under the law. I’ve enclosed a letter to Representative Ann Kirkpatrick, dated May 1, 2009 where the Inspector General Equal Employment Opportunity Commission intentionally misled the Integrity Committee to make a false writing in a civil rights review. A letter dated April 30, 2009 to Ms. Kristine Thomas, Office of Equal Opportunity, State of Arizona the obstructing of justice in a civil rights case by Phoenix EEOC District Director and Attorney Mary Jo O’Neill.

The question: Why are those at EEOC refusing to comply with the laws of the United States to prevent equal treatment? As you may be aware the investigative entity does not reach out to investigate. The procedure is a referral by EEOC that initiates or authorizes investigative action. Another issue is the comments about EEOC Phoenix and Washington, DC to tell someone a lie or obfuscation, trickery and deceit to prevent an investigation attacks the creditability of a civil rights agency. There are laws that protect us from false or malicious statements or character assassination that may inflict mental injury.  One then wonders why the Director or Attorney refuses to make a referral to the investigative entity of what looks like slanderous comments or character assassination?

You see the Director or Attorney remains and will continue to remain silent and absorb any or all indignations, mental torture and verbal abuse without saying a word. You just have to look at the consequences of the criminal code of those that deprive civil rights under the color of law. Those that can be seen to take something, construed as bribery, to set aside action in a civil rights matter. This appears to be in violation of title 18 sec. 1510 obstruction of justice whoever willfully delays or prevents communication of information relating to a criminal statute “by any person” to a criminal investigator may go to jail. A reasonable person can clearly understand the law and consequences and the words by any person. No one is exempt! It’s the job of the criminal investigator to make determination of law.

Apparently this is why those at EEOC will not speak out about the abuses of civil rights perpetrated by a federal civil rights law enforcement agency. Not going to jail is more important than civil rights. To make a referral of adverse, toxic, abusive or derogatory public statements, to the extent would expose the corrupt practices of EEOC. The few let’s say rotten apples will continue to carry out and profit by criminal conduct. A sad commentary about those that shred our civil rights. Will our elected officials speak out of the abuses by a federal government agency?

As a respected elected official and for the concern of citizens and taxpayers’ of Arizona will you ask the Director or Attorney why the refusal to be fair and impartial. How can any citizen have complete confidence in government programs and operation when there are those willing to trade civil rights for thirty pieces of silver?

Your office may want to forward the matter of a federal government agency engaged in discriminatory practices to your legal section. Mary Jo O’Neill and Mr. Chester Bailey can be seen as corrupt that borders on moral turpitude and not share the Obama administration position “No one is above the law” or the concept of equal treatment under the law.

Feel free to contact our lawmakers and appropriators of taxpayers’ funds in Washington, DC, or the Regional United States Attorny Office on this issue of bribery and influence peddling in the Department of Justice.

Sincerely,

Richard J. Davidson

justice4all1, thanks for the post, however, this is a letter to a government official and not a news story. As such, I wasn't sure what was newsworthy in this story. Please review our FAQ or check out our J-Tips for more help.
