Three Civilian Killed And Seven Injured In Shelling In Michni, Mohmand Tribal Region

GHALLANAI: At least three persons were killed and seven others injured when paramilitary forces fired shells in Michni area in the wake of operation against militants on Tuesday, sources told.
Sources said the FC personnel started operation against the Taliban militants in Dab Kore, Bady Kore and Mulla Ghani Baba where both the sides attacked on each other with heavy weapons. The three deceased were identified as Izat Khan, Ejaz Khan and Lal Zada who died at the spot as a mortar shell landed on their houses in Shaal Kore village. Security forces continued shelling on militants’ hideouts in Mulla Ghani Baba area till late night.
