So I turned on the internet news, and started listening to streaming. I saw in LA, a very terrible than normal motorcycle accident and could only find one news cast so far. So here it is. Enjoy. Hours old.

Three Motorcycles Hit By Two Cars at 210 Freeway & Baseline April 24, 2009-Breaking story

In California today, one of the worst motorcycle accidents in the history of Los Angeles County. A motorcycle accident involving two cars and three motorcycles took place on the eastbound 210 freeway near Baseline involving a white Lexus an as of yet, unidentified vehicle, and 3 motorcycles with the motor cycle riders either dead, or sustaining severe injuries. According to early reports, one individual was transported to the hospital via helicopter ambulance that had to land on a field nearby. Three lanes of the freeway were shut down as of 6:30 this morning.

This is a very sad day for riders everywhere, as it appears the riders were grouped to increase visibility, and instead, they got taken down like bowling pins. To increase problems, there appears to have been a fuel spill. This is the first recorded accident involving three motorcycles hit by two cars at 210 freeway and Baseline.

Be careful out there when riding. Especially in California.

My family was driving through the accident right after it had happened. It looked horrible. There was only one ambulance there at that time. Two of the riders appeared to be hurt but moving and I didn't see the third. The motorcycles were everywhere. We also say another accident before that involving another motorcycle where the rider did not seem to be ok. He was not moving and again, we were driving through right after it had happened and no emergency vehicles had arrived. There were several cars and people stopped to help. We were southbound but I couldn't remember if it was the 101 or 210. It was literally within an hour before the 3 cycle accident. Has anyone heard about that rider? We were wondering what happened and how he was.
