Tide of filth ... the dirtiest river

In the Philippines where I live I have seen badly poluted rivers and beaches, they have started cleaning up their act. But this polution of the Citarum is the worst polution what so ever.

As global leaders prepare to meet in Copenhagen to discuss saving the planet, the filthy Citarum waterway in Indonesia is awash with rubbish, chemicals and human waste.
