Tim Russert Dead At 58 due to Heart Failure
Political Great, Tim Russert, Dead At 58 due to Heart Failure
You are now hearing from the main stream media who have worked with Tim Russert for years. Some of us have worked with Tim Russert over the years during the presidential debates. He was open and honest even to the small media professionals. He would come out of his locked special newsman room and chat with those who were considered small time media like us, Politisite or Iron Mill Interactive Media Inc. He engaged us even tough we were not the elites in the business, He gave us time to share his insight on the political process. Very few would venture past the vail of us and them. politisite appreciated his willingness to cross over the line and share his insight with us. He gave us many a story when we were just a small news organization. All we can say is thank your for crossing over to help us small media outlets
Here is an example of Tim Russert being hard on both Parties

Tim Russert, probably one of the biggest names in Political Journalist, has passed at 58 y/o her was working in his office doing voice overs when he collapsed due to a heart atack. Politisite had chatted with him along the way as we covered political debates. One of the best Political journalists of our time. A great loss for all of us

Rob, I may have got some of the grammar wrong on this one. I will make sure I clean it up. I don't like writing about this kind of thing.

It sounds like he really had an impact on your business. It truly is sad that he has died.

Amy, We were not pals. we chatted a few times down the trail. mostly at NBC debates. He was differant that way. I talk to Wolf Btitzer each time, Always Candi Crowly and John King from CNN. And of course I always get the scoop from Campaign Carl from Fox. I think I have posted these photos here from time to time.
Now there are others, and I won't name them here as this is about Tim. That will never talk to small media. They have risen to a place were talking to us is a waste of time.
Thanks
Al

BigT, I was so upset that spelled Heart wrong in the headline. We were not buddies, don't get me wrong. We met a couple of times since 1996. The last time we met was at the Darmouth Debates. NBC , although we have our political differrances, has always credentialed us for debates.
