What you are see on the video is not New Years Eve count down. This is the count down for 300+ Metropark Hotel staff and guests ended their 7 days quarantine! When the door opened, the first quarantine walk out the hotel, some of them wave their hand to the press, cheer, handshake goodbye to the hotel staff. Few of them mention that they were impressed with quarantine arrangement and willing to come back to Hong Kong again someday.
