Blair admits to wanting a regime change in Iraq, because the the world would be a better place without Saddam.

My opinion is; Of course it caused a problem with British oil interests and Blair had to appease Shell Oil one of his string pullers. Where as George Bush was playing a global chess game against China that concerned about Iraq, Iran and their plan to supply China via Afghanistan with Gas and oil via Afghanistan. Bush also hated Saddam it had become a bush family issue.

Will Tony Blair head roll? it should do many innocent life's have been lost and destroyed, the armed forces where used in a private Bush/Blair war and to much of their blood has been spilled. Tony Blair has shown he is not an honest man he has shown he is corrupt. His New Labour party have shown they are also corrupt. This will effect the forth coming election where the main opposition also caught with their fingers in the MP allowance cookie jar UK citizens seemingly have no choice but to elect corrupt politicians.

It sickens me that these politicians have the power to send British troops to war for their personal causes and that being gas and oil. That corporate interest come before the needs of citizens and world peace.

Tony Blair has said he would have invaded Iraq even without evidence of weapons of mass destruction and would have found a way to justify the war to parliament and the public.

The former prime minister made the confession during an interview with Fern Britton, to be broadcast on Sunday on BBC1, in which he said he would still have thought it right to remove Saddam Hussein from power.

"If you had known then that there were no WMDs, would you still have gone on?" Blair was asked. He replied: "I would still have thought it right to remove him [Saddam Hussein]".

Maybe that admission from Blair will finally put an end to the "they made up the intelligence" argument. Maybe, but I'm doubtful.
