Former Prime Ministers, Tony Blair og the UK, Australian John Howard and Colombian President Alvaro Uribe will all be awarded the highest civilian award in the United States, the Presidential Medal of Freedom By George Bush.

The ceremony will take place at the White House on 13 January.

A spokeswoman for the White House, Dana Perino said: "The president is honouring these leaders for their work to improve the lives of their citizens and for their efforts to promote democracy, human rights and peace abroad. "

"Their efforts to bring hope and freedom to people around the globe have made their nations, America and the world community a safer and more secure world. "

Blair was awarded the congressional gold medal in July 2003, shortly after the invasion of Iraq, but he has yet to collect it.

Okay...let me get this straight. Criminal Bush is giving Criminal Blair a worthless medal?
Wow! Yawn... Woop-dee-do.
I'm a 50 something United States Born American. And I've been so damn mad for these 8 years? I wouldn't know where to start, in bad mouthing my government. So many crimes and so many stupid people.
I hope Bush, Blair, Cheney, Rice, Ashcroft, Powell, Gonzo, Reed and Pelosi all get charged with war crimes. THEY ARE WAR CRIMINALS. (If I missed anyone? Sorry.)
Good Website. I'll bookmark it.
Peace!
