Arizona Prison Break: Tracy Province Arrested in Wyoming, John McClusky and Casslyn Welch Still on the Run

Prison escapee Tracy Province was arrested in Meeteetse, Wyoming by federal marshals and Yellowstone County law enforcement officials while trying to hitchhike out of town.

Fellow escapee John Charles McCluskey is still at large, as is Casslyn Welch, who is Tracy Province's fiancée and cousin.

Casslyn Welch is alleged to have been helping the escapees; Daniel Renwick, the third escapee, was re-captured on August 1.

Two weeks ago, the three men broke out of Kingman State Prison in Arizona, and have been linked to a double murder at a New Mexico campground before they were tracked to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.

They discussed odd jobs around town, but when the woman returned home, she saw a news report and "immediately identified" Province as one of the three escapees.

Marshals "set up surveillance in the area of that church where he was observed," Gonzales said, and around 6:20 a.m. this morning he was arrested "without incident."

Mr. McCluskey and Ms. Welch are still being sought by law enforcement officials throughout Montana. A $40,000 reward has been offered for information resulting in their capture.
