Travis Barker Sues over Plane Crash

Former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker is suing the makers and operators of the plane which crashed while he was aboard, critically injuring him and friend DJ AM, while killing the rest of the passengers, as well as the crew.
The former Blink 182 drummer is suing the plane's owners, Global Exec Aviation, as well as Montreal-based Bombardier Inc. and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. for more than $25,000 US in damages.
Thelma Martin Still, the mother of Charles Monroe Still Jr, Barker's bodyguard who was killed in the crash, is joining the drummer in the lawsuit. She is suing for damages including grief and sorrow and funeral expenses.
The pilot of the private jet warned air traffic controllers that his plane was "going off the end" of the runway before it crashed. His words are the last captured on the tape.
