Trevor Case Has Been Charged With Domestic Assault, False Imprisonment and Making Terroristic Threats

Case allegedly accused his girlfriend Danielle Stallworth of cheating on him last Saturday, and then the tied her to the couch and waterboarded her.

The couple, both 22, shared a home in Lincoln Nebraska, and according to a Lincoln Police Department report, Case first threatened Stallworth saying he was going to kill her and when she said she was fed up with arguing she said `well if you`re going to kill me, kill me now`.

Case then bound Stallworth's wrists with two belts and head bands, put hospital socks in her mouth, a t-shirt over her head and then bound her ankles with another belt. He then used vacuum cleaner cords around her ankles and put them under the couch, while he placed her wrists above her head. He then poured a pitcher of water on her head and she said it felt like she could not breathe.

"As she was trying to get up, she clawed Case on his chest," cops reported. When the couple's young daughter awoke and came into the living room, "the situation calmed down." When questioned by police, Case admitted arguing with Stallworth, but denied tying her up. He claimed that a scratch on his chest occurred while "wrestling with a friend."

Case is now being held on $150,000 bail. He was also convicted last November of domestic assault against Stallworth.
