Tropical Storm Marco is moving steadily towards the east coast of Mexico and is expected make landfall Tuesday.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center say Marco has maximum winds of 100 kilometers an hour and is expected to reach hurricane strength before striking the coast.
Mexican authorities have issued a tropical storm warning and hurricane watch from Veracruz north to Cabo Rojo. The compact storm is expected to dump five to 15 centimeters of rain across the central Mexican states of Veracruz, Puebla, Hildalgo and San Luis Potosi.Meanwhile, forecasters says Hurricane Norbert continues to move aimlessly in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Mexico.
The storm has winds of 120 kilometers an hour, and is centered several hundred kilometers southwest of the Mexican peninsula of Baja California.
The hurricane center says Norbert should pick up strength during the next two days, but is not expected to threaten land.

thank you very much vinny
I AGREE.. with your point but littile deviation in the path which is quite often with the tropical cyclone can drive the trough towards california few hundred kilometer difference can easely cover by only 2degree deviation.

It would take more than a little deviation for a tropical storm in the Gulf off Mexico to hit California!
Hurricane Norbert is heading for Baja on the west coast not Tropical Storm Marco.
