Tualatin Shooting At Drug Test Lab: One Person And Gunman Dead

Tualatin shooting at Legacy Medical Laboratories near Portland, Oregon, has left two people dead. An unidentified woman was killed and two more people were injured. The name of the woman is not being released. The gunman died from a self-inflicted wound. The shooting took place at noon time at a drug-testing clinic, which is commonly used as a drug and alcohol testing site for local employers in Tualatin, a town 13 miles south of Portland.
The gunman had entered the facility armed with a rifle and fired "multiple shots." Two other people were wounded in the attack and were being treated at area hospitals. The extent of their injuries was not clear.
The Tigard-Tualatin School District was in lockdown following the shooting, which was reported at 11:48 a.m.
People thoughout United States are on hightened alert. Less than a week ago, 13 people have been killed and 29 injured at Fort Hoot military base in Texas. Suspectd shooter Major Nidal Malik Hasan is alive and recovering in hospital. Today, a memorial service has been held for Fort Hood victims.
