Will Pima County, AZ Sheriff Clarence Dupnik go down in American history as the lawman who blew the lid off a covert government-funded torture matrix that advances an extreme right-wing agenda by inducing unstable "Manchurian candidates" to carry out acts of supposed "lone wolf" violence?
The horrific shootings of Arizona U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D) and nineteen others, which left six dead, appeared to be following the old, familiar "round up the usual suspects" script (think "Virginia Tech," "Fort Hood," "Discovery Channel" gunmen).
Soon after the shooting, reports began to circulate that the gunman, apprehended at the scene unharmed, was a "lone wolf" radical, who posted inchoate anti-government rants on various internet sites. Pictures and other descriptive information about 22-year-old Jared Lee Loughner of Tuscon popped up on the news channels well before the official release of his identity.
But then the 75-year-old Sheriff Dupnik apparently went off-script with an ad lib that could signal the beginning of the end of one of the most pervasive, insidious cover-ups in American history...
...what this veteran reporter believes is the unspoken knowledge among some conscientious, ethical law enforcement that a top-secret nationwide multi-agency government-funded program has employed little-known high tech tactics and methods to entrain selected "targeted individuals" to commit carefully choreographed public acts of violence.
The apparent motive and rationale: to justify huge expenditures for homeland security and draconian legislation that has the effect of restricting the civil liberties of those politically opposed to police state tyranny.
"We are not convinced he acted alone," Dupnik said at a press conference, referring to the 22-year-old suspect in custody. "There is some reason to believe he came to this location with another individual.
Dupnik went on to reveal that authorities have a photograph of a man in his 50s whom he identified as a "person of interest." That photo later was released to the public.
"We have an individual we are actively in pursuit of, but I cannot tell you who he is at this point," the sheriff said.
You could feel the jaws drop among other law enforcement officials in the room. This is not the way these events are supposed to unfold. It appeared to me that Dupnik let one very big cat out of the bag, on live TV. What Dupnik appeared to be saying was that shootings involved a conspiracy -- and don't let anyone try to convince the public otherwise with some prefabricated "lone wolf" narrative.
Late Sunday morning, NBC News correspondent Pete Williams, a former U.S. defense department spokesman with an inside line to the thinking of federal authorities, reported that some law enforcement officials were questioning whether the person of interest had anything to do with the suspect -- possible push-back from Dupnik's pronouncements. Then, at an early Sunday afternoon press conference, Sheriff Dupnik himself appeared to back-pedal, saying that "based on information developed since (yesterday), it would appear to us that the person may not have been involved at all" -- but he quickly added that authorities must locate and interrogate the individual to determine whether that supposition is true.
Moments earlier at that Sunday presser, FBI Director Robert Mueller also referenced the need to talk to the person of interest, but did not speculate as to whether authorities now believe the second individual had no involvement in the shootings.
UPDATE: Later Sunday afternoon, the Pima county sheriff's office told reporters that the "person of interest" has been interviewed and cleared of involvement in the attempted assassination of Rep. Giffords. But a spokesman said the office was not prepared to say whether authorities are convinced that the gunman acted alone.
At that initial press conference on Saturday, the day of the shootings, Dupnik issued a bold condemnation of media pundits on radio and TV who punctuate their polemics with incendiary rhetoric.
"We need to do some soul searching," Dupnik told reporters. "It's the vitriolic rhetoric that we hear day in and day out from people in the radio business and some people in the TV business.
"When you look at unbalanced people, how they respond to the vitriol that comes out of certain mouths about tearing down the government, the anger, the hatred, the bigotry that goes on in this county is getting to be outrageous. Unfortunately, Arizona, I think, has become sort of the capital," Dupnik continued.
"We have become the mecca for prejudice and bigotry. It’s not unusual for all public officials to get threats constantly, myself included. And that‘s the sad thing of what’s going on in America. Pretty soon, we’re not going to be able to find reasonable, decent people who are willing to subject themselves to serve in public office.”
Moments later, Dupnik yielded the podium to the FBI special agent in charge of the Tucson, AZ office, Nathan Gray. The G-man said nothing about a second suspect, and not a single reporter pressed him on that point during the Q and A -- clearly, the most stunning revelation to come out of the press conference.

Media commentators interpret Loughner's references to mind control as evidence of mental instability. That may be true; but such references also could indicate that Loughner was aware of extreme techniques of behavioral persuasion, and, like most "targets," could not prevent himself from falling under the influence, becoming yet another "Manchurian Candidate" -- a flawed young man victimized by his own infirmities, and by a heinous covert government-funded program.

Given Loughner's prior contacts with law enforcement and the nature of his internet postings on social network sites, there is NO WAY authorities were not surveilling the suspect's every move, his every communication. Authorities acknowledged they were "aware" of the suspect. As a victim myself of a multi-agency fusion center- based Gestapo like apparatus of pervasive electronic surveillance, eavesdropping, electromagnetic assault and torture and community "policing" gang-stalking and serial intrusions of my premises, resulting in vandalism, food tampering and other acts of domestic terrorism, I must conclude that if Loughner got a gun and shot twenty people, killing six, leaving a U.S. congresswoman critically wounded, IT WAS BECAUSE SOMEONE, SOME AUTHORITY, SOME GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR, LET IT HAPPEN.
Let me repeat my recommendation in the John P. Wheeler III murder:

Yes, it sounds like the Loughner family was gangstalked by their neighbors. The Feds tell local police to put names on a list or a "defense" contractor gets the names and the neighborhood gangstalking begins. At the foot soldier level, these mindless robots take orders. The foot soldiers have rules to follow, but they're not the brightest bulbs in the pack, so they extemporize and personalize the attacks (which the managers expect to happen). If this Loughner family was stalked year after year and made to feel helpless and frantic by the petty vandalism and bodily attacks, this can be regarded as a "sting" operation by the US Government aimed at driving people to commit crimes. It may be that the son went off the edge, tried to defend his family by striking out at a representative of a country that would allow and encourage such evil as Gangstalking. There are many leads here and possible motivations that journalists ought to investigate if they had any integrity -- which they don't.

I avoid using the term "mind control" and "harassment" when those terms are deceptively employed by disinformation psy ops agents as a euphemism for what is really electromagnetic assault, torture, and subjugation. But ANY form of torture can be used for "mind control" in the Pavlovian sense.
So I repeat what I stated at the conclusion of my article:
Loughner may have had an awareness of extreme behavioral manipulation and may have been powerless to do anything about it, because these technologies rob their victims of free will.
So how have I been able to rage against the electromagnetic machine? I credit my repeated visits to the FBI, visits which appear to have resulted in a reduction in the ferocity of the electromagnetic attacks.
As for your "point," I have no no idea what your point is, except to spread disinformation and "blame the victim," the stock in trade of the paid disinformation agent. I am not excusing the gunman for what he did; but he may have been a Manchurian candidate.

Jiverly Wong was a targeted individual, simply because he described stalking like events but didn't seem to read about them on the internet.
This case sounds like what I've been warning people in the community about, we are cultivating an attraction for the disturbed to join us just to call themselves normal. Who knows what the number is but many TIs obviously are not and merely schizophrenic. Many activism sites are full of "tactics" that if analyzed precisely mirror the symptoms of schizophrenia- you believe people are dispatched to stand on the sidewalk and jingle keys or click pens to annoy you. You believe people go to the supermarket just to stand close to you or get in your way. You think people are spreading rumours about you, ruining your "reputation". You believe people break into your house when you're gone just to move furniture a few inches to mess with your head. Any number of sounds used to "condition you", as well as colors of clothing and cars you encounter.
It's clear the "program" intended to recruit schizophrenics into our ranks by describing these things they were already experiencing, and even get us to believe them, to run interference for their real activities- which seems to be experiments with a technology based system of mind control or electronic harassment. We will never see the end of this because the most voiciferous activists are suffering from persecutory delusions/schizophrenia- and one of its effects is you cannot recognize when you are making a fool of yourself.
I'm sure I'm going to get blasted by TI's for this, but someone has to say it. I would posit if a TI cannot recognize another TI's account as actually schizophrenia, (not all are clear, many are obvious) they may be suffering from it as well.

Batvette is attempting to diagnose the vast majority of TI accounts as schizophrenia, or some form of it.
I would posit this is Batvette's attempt to widen psychiatric diagnoses for political purposes.
The fraudulent diagnosis of ‘sluggish schizophrenia’ was used against targeted individuals in Russia. Fraudulent psychiatric diagnoses are used against targeted individuals in politically motivated discrediting campaigns.
The dishonest diagnosis of schizophrenia is a social stigma applied to a target. One reason that it is used is to help evoke negative public opinion about the target.

(to be precise, I was commenting solely on TI's whose accounts are entirely comprised of obviously schizophrenic observations- If you wish to call me wrong I will provide some accounts of actual TIs and allow you to argue there that they are not schizophrenic. It is not difficult at all. It would seem you are implying there is no such thing as schizophrenia, or that some TI accounts do not clearly display the observations which could only be interpreted to be schizophrenic or of its symptoms.
If a TI asserts that over a thousand cars have been parked in his city on a given day, arranged as such that their color patterns should be noticeable by him as a form of torment, (and I can link to this exact example if needed) I will stand by my position that this person is suffering from some form of schizophrenia, and any TI who does not see that and believes his claim is a valid one, is probably schizophrenic too. Anyone wishing to call me wrong be my guest.

I will definitely agree that 'Jared Lee Loughner' would not have specifically mentioned and referenced "mind control" and "brainwashing" without knowledge and awareness of what these programs are.
The issue then possibly becomes, as Scrivener carefully tries to layout in detail; explaining if Loughner could have been in someway effected by a covert run, government specific program of mind control and brainwashing. Is it possible Loughner could have been influenced from such a mind control government surveillance program.
This maybe hard for many unaware to understand or comprehend. Todays advanced technologies and government back research into mind control and surveillance are much more developed and technically sophisticated than the general American public is aware of today.
Of interest:
A mass population surveillance program, ( legally ) put into effect during the Bush Administration. It allows 'warrantless domestic spying' on the general population. secret shopper, i feel your pain. i recently went on a targeted ind site and the site owner was saying that "thru the wall was a camera in my eyeballs, and they could not really see through walls, that the heat and pains were psychotronics and not real, that all the things i have suffered all these years were all mind control and not real, well i blew my top and now find I am on the out with these TI groups. Now it really makes me wonder.
