Twelve people have been killed, including Israeli and Japanese tourists in a road accident in southern Bolivia.
This accident happened only two days after the bus crash in Egypt, which killed 8 people.
The crash occurred at the Uyuni salt flats, one of Bolivia's main tourist attractions. Police say two tour buses crashed head on and burst into flames.
They say the dead included five Israeli and five Japanese tourists, one of the drivers, and a Bolivian guide.
The only survivor is said to be the driver of the second vehicle, who was badly burnt in the accident.
A container of gasoline on the roof of one of the buses exploded after the collision.

I think this is an important story and would benefit from other NowPublic contributors working on it. I've flagged it as News Wanted and invite others in relevant locations to look for more evidence.

amyjudd, I like this story. It's good stuff. Bus crashes certainly seem to be making the news this week, with disasterous results. Why anyone would keep a Jerry Can full of gas on the roof smacks of idiocy.
