U.K./E.U. Humanists: Head to London to Protest Radiation Weapons
• Converge on Thistle Marble Arch Hotel in London on Thursday, Feb. 26 through Saturday, Feb. 28
• Protest the covert use of classified hand-held radiation weapons -- the cruel, silent hi-tech instruments of an ideologically-motivated, worldwide genocide.
GET POLITICAL w / VIC LIVINGSTON
British and E.U. ethical humanists, UNITE!
Western European citizens who value human rights must turn out in force to protest this week's London conference of amoral scientists, militarists -- and, perhaps, some "new world order" political fascists -- who are pushing the global proliferation of silent, injury- and illness-inducing radiation weapons...
...next-generation armaments that already are widely deployed among security, intelligence and law enforcement personnel and their vigilante citizen operatives in industrialized nations throughout the world.
If you harbor any doubts about the motives of an untamed "RAM" -- what we are dubbing the "Radiation Armaments Movement" -- just read this blurb from the U. S. military command, in support of Directed Energy Weapons 2009: Driving DEWs from the Laboratory to the Battlefield, a two-day seminar that convenes Thursday at London's historic Thistle Marble Arch Hotel:
"Directed Energy offers promise as a transformational ‘game changer’ in military operations, able to augment and improve operational capabilities in many areas."
-- Dr. William Schneider, Defense Science Board Chairman, U.S. Department of Defense
The speaker roster is laden with radiation weapons advocates from the United States and Canada, including:
• Dr. J. Douglas Beason PhD, Associate Laboratory Director (Threat Reduction), Los Alamos National Laboratory
• Dr. Spiro Lekoudis SES, Director of Weapons Systems in the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Science & Technology), US Department of Defense
• Colonel David Robie, Director, Directed Energy Task Force, U.S. Air Force
• Dr. Greg Schneider, Director, NATO Research and Technology Agency
• Dr. Benjamin Rockwell, Head of Laser Bio-Effects, US Air Force Research Laboratory
• Dr. Jacques Dubois, Electro-Optic Warfare Section, Canadian Ministry of Defense
• Susan Levine, Deputy Director, Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate, U.S Department of Defense
The use of the factually deceptive non sequitur "non-lethal" notwithstanding, those who devised the agenda are not unaware that their advocacy of radiation weapons proliferation carries ethical and moral ramifications. Hence, these program items:
Directed Energy Bio-Effects: A Main Enabler To Directed Energy Weapons
• Overview of effects on humans due to exposure from laser and high-powered microwaves
• Understanding bio-effects as a crucial factor leading to policy approval of directed energy weapons
• Policy restrictions due to human effects
Another panel will examine the "legal implications" of radiation weapons (of course, the advocates never refer to "radiation" -- to them, it's always "laser weapons," or the euphemistically benign "directed energy weapons").
To underscore the point, consider these agenda items:
- Problems associated with the introduction of new concepts and technologies
- Utility of systems in real world conditions: The warfighter vs. the PhD
- Potential European limitations against the operational fielding of the Active Denial System (a battlefield "people-cooker" that causes severe pain by heating human flesh)
Those who are concerned with human rights and what the conferees term the "bio-effects" of radiation weaponry should encourage journalists worldwide to seek to cover this conference from the inside -- and hopefully pose some penetrating questions to "D.E.W." proponents. If you are reading this in London, get on the horn to your local media, newspapers, internet and telly, and let them know about this event.
But most important, human rights advocates should turn out in great numbers to line the streets in front of the hotel with signs and megaphones -- a vociferous protest against the proliferation of radiation weapons and the role of the U.S. military in advancing the deployment of what are truly "weapons of mass destruction"...
...weapons that should be banned outright by world governments as inhumane, a menace to civilian populations as well as to those who wield these hand-held moral equivalents of the atom bomb.
Hopefully, British police and secretive international intelligence units will have the good sense and human decency not to silently "dose" protesters with radiation, as has been alleged to have happened in the United States.

Any real victim would know what you mean? You mean like all the people who think your accusations are silly? I don't see a lot of replies chiming in with "yeah, you called it, Vic, he was a government psy-ops plant sent here to make you look foolish."
Or would these be all of the "real" readers who are trying to get through but their posts are blocked? You think "paranoia" and "discredit" are disinfo words, then perhaps you can dig deep into that master's degree of journalism and find different terms for your thinking most of the people who reply here were paid by a goverment psy-ops program to get YOU and that building a library of articles where you irrationally attack everyone as such is going to hurt rather than help in the big picture.
You need to step back and take a look at yourself, including the comments about who is a "real victim" and who is not. You don't see how patently offensive that is? Implying that only VIC is suffering, and VIC should have his story taken at face value, but anyone replying that doesn't pass his puzzling "sniff" test (probably over half!) is a pretender. That's what we get everywhere else, shouldn't happen in discussions with (assumed) friendlies. It's very self centered pair of goggles you're looking through when you sit down at the keyboard. (and did you ever consider only people with a master's in journalism plant or even look for "NLP" in everything they read and write?)
Finally, Clarabelle, was that the character on Howdy Doody?
I don't know what's scarier about the reference, the age or the kind of people you'd imagine watched Howdy Doody 50 years ago and part of their mind was still tuned in....

Vic:
No, I'm not disseminating any psy-ops ...
I'm just a country boy, like the wailer in Bruce Springstein's song. I know the country isn't for everyone, but it's for me. I have simply tired of walking around this hasienda without a shirt because the constant sunburned feeling that I have (delivered without the service of the sun) makes me uncomfortable.
Additionally, I cannot divine what types of mid and long term effects those "burns" will have on me, my wife, and my kids. I don't want to take the chance that those "effects" might seriously impair the future health and lives of same.
You have, at various points, within various posts, mentioned that you are on the receiving end of something similar to what I have just described. Additionally, your location (Philly), and your career choice (journalism) puts you squarely into a demographic that might prefer residence in densely populated areas, such as hi-rise apartments and the like ...
I felt that I might share my feelings about a "tactical" move to the country, given that I live in separated, stand alone housing endowed with ample house-to-house spacing (perhaps seventy-five yards on one side, less on the others), and still I feel some ill effects. It seems, from your writings, that the symptoms I feel are not so painful or extreme as yours. Perhaps the additional distance parameters associated with my circumstances are the reason that I suffer less pain.
We need to keep ourselves together if we are to prevail. That's all.

Has it occurred to you that this whole torture matrix is coming apart at the seams? Get out of town? How about if I help evict the real vermin first?

Dont bother moving to a small town. We did that back in 2005 and it was a huge blunder. Moved from the east coast to Western Montana, a town called Cut Bank. We assumed it would be simple farmers and the quiet life. Long story short, it was something out of a horror movie, like Deliverance. A town utterly filled with deranged meth addicted tattood freaks that vandalizing my car, slandering me and my wife, leeft dead animals at our doorstep, breaking into our house while we were gone (directly across the street from the sheriffs office, mind you) and I suspect phone bugging. Thats the just the beginning
My wife got pregnant but the baby devloped a severe defect, something called anencephaly (failure to develop a brain and had two spinal columns). Anencephaly is extremely rare (1500 per year across America), but it is linked to organophosphate exposure or in our case deliberate poisoning. We left and moved to the next county where the insanity went into absolute warp drive. We literally cannot leave the house without a snitch being assigned to us. We live in a small apartment setup and ALL 3 of the other renters are snitching and attacking with weapons that make my ears burn and tingle. Ive set up a corrugated metal box around my computer but the sensations continue. Maybe acuoustic weapons? I have no idea.
The moral is, the smaller the town, the more prone to snitching the locals will be. If for no other reason then there is money in it, I assume, and every badge in the state, from beat cop to FBI are completely dirty and corrupt. Makes sense because the DEA has marked this entire area as a "high traffic zone". The whole state run by meth heads, drug dealing cops, and psycho masonic social parasites. Ive been around the world in the military and lived in Eastern Europe for 2 years. The people in Western Montana are by far the least civilized, the most rude, the most ignorant, the most spiteful and the most vindictive. I would bet African savages would have more clarity of thought and humanity then these Montana swine.
We plan to return to the east coast this summer, and we wont look back.

You can run, but you can't hide. So you might as well stick around and do what you can to fight for what's right, and to believe that there are many other "good people," some even on the inside, who are working as I write this to see that what appears to be a virulent, under-the-radar fascism, does not prevail.
The torture matrix is coming apart at the seams, as I said before. The people who think they are above the law will not prevail.
But Barack Obama and his staff, especially David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel, need to drop the naivete. Did anyone else notice that once again, Obama's left cheek and eye socket looked bruised and distended in his video address, which was probably taped on Friday?
Good people on the inside: I know what directed energy weapons fire feels like, and looks like. I have been attacked all day today, leaving me extremely weak. At one point, I could feel my head burning up. At another point, I couldn't stay awake -- until I got up and moved to another location in the house. Then the drifting off to sleep ended.
Good people on the inside: This is just a hunch, a supposition. I believe President Obama may be exposed to microwave radiation weapons or devices (directed energy weapons). During the late stages of the campaign, he had a sore below his left eye that seemed to take many weeks to heal. And now that area once again just does not look right.
When I raised the possibility in a recent article comment at the Washingtonpost.com, a poster responded with this post: "You ain't seen nothin' yet."
Was this a rogue insider who knows something the naive liberals think "can't happen here"?
And despite an order from JOSOC to special forces in Afghanistan to stand down from special ops due to too many collateral civilian deaths, the radiation attacks on U.S. citizens continue.
I am led to wonder, when I put it all together, whether we are in the midst of a silent coup that very shortly could plunge the nation into chaos, with the imposition of martial law and perhaps a forced change at the top. This is what I fear.
Or have the renegade armies, now apparently in possession of DEW, gone totally "rogue" and are no longer adhering to command and control? Or was that the plan in the first place -- give them the "tools," let them do the dirty work, and disavow knowledge?
Good people on the inside: Is President Obama aware that "DEW" are onsite at the White House? Is he aware of the many reports of radiation weapons attacks on U.S. civilians? OR has the disinformation convinced the White House that thousands of Americans, perhaps tens of thousands, are "delusional"?
Of the millions of Americans on the "terrorist watch list," (many wrongfully listed), how many are under DEW assault? I have not only felt it; I have seen evidence of the weaponry and have looked into the face of a likely trigger man. He didn't look like a commando. He looked like a typical young guy.
And I believe local officials know this weaponry is in use in this community, and may, in fact, have been part of a Justice Department community policing program that has placed these silent, organ-cooking death ray guns in the hands of both regular and "irregular" forces.
I respond to these comments to maintain communication with the good people on the inside who are carefully monitoring those who continue to torture me, hold me a virtual prisoner with their surreptitious home entries, vandalism, and yes, I believe, the continuing tainting/poisoning of consumables.
Good people on the inside, I have some items I would like tested for contamination. If I go to local authorities, the playbook would have them use this against me in a five-year campaign to marginalize and neutralize me as "delusional."
Were other recent instances of food poisoning around the nation the result of these community gang-stalking "program" members? I strongly believe that food store stock may be "switched" by program members when "targets" shop for favorite items. If this is happening in Bucks County, it's probably part of a psy ops/ torture protocol that's followed nationwide by these renegade forces.
How about the fires in Coatesville, PA? From what I have read, it sure sounds like the kind of domestic terrorism these groups commit on a daily basis in southeastern PA -- and most of the victims have been blacks.
Good people on the inside: There may be disloyalty in the ranks. Someone independent of the usual hierarchy needs to request a meeting with Obama, Biden, Axelrod, Emanuel and Panetta, STAT. At the risk of being regarded as an alarmist, too many signs point to the possibility of nefarious goings-on.
Perhaps I would not feel as strongly if I hadn't come across (via Wikileaks) that purported "unconventional warfare" manual that openly talks of the "circumspect" manipulation of the economic systems of nations as a UW tool.
Could our own nation's economic system be in the cross-hairs of some misguided and subversive official forces from within who feel justified in ignoring the will of the people, and their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution?
I raise the issue because I know that the good people who believe in upholding the Constitution, the rule of law -- and the electoral process -- are reading this.
One final thing I've been wondering: If Chuck Norris is calling for the citizenry to rise up and remove Obama from office, is that not an indication of just how close we are to anarchy?
Good people on the inside: You must have the courage to stand up and do something. I do not believe it is an overstatement to say that the fate of the nation, and our liberty, is in your hands.
Congress is full of naive and timid politicians. I am convinced that only the good people on the inside can save the nation. It happened once before in recent times, when Nixon learned that the President is not above the law (no small thanks to some back channel communications by a top FBI official). It is time for men and women of conscience to to act swiftly and boldly, so that naivete and inaction do not doom the rule of law and respect for human rights in America.
If not now, when? When it's too late?

Re: box around the computer:
While neither you or I are sure what's affecting you, if it's microwaves and you don't do it "just so" you may actually be making yourself worse off.
First any such contraption can, if not scientifically well engineered, either collect microwave energy as an antenna and bounce it around you , absorb, or deflect it. Make sure no matter what you ground it, to an outlet with REAL ground or to a water pipe. If there is openings and you ae thinking you can shield it from one expected direction, it's not really like that.
Remember if you are trying to actually shield yourself just getting behind something isn't really going to do it. There is some shielding effect but its function as an antenna usually offsets that. You must deflect, or absorb and ground the power somewhere.
Then there is the frustration of realizing they can increase the power or change to another method of assault. No harm in trying, usually. It doesn't help, however, to throw money at assumed solutions whe perps are trying to wreck us financially.
http://s353.photobucket.com/albums/r384/batvette/DEW/
As I saw your reply I went and took some pictures of two solutions I'm working on. Take note of the first four pictures, I put about $25 in materials into that and preliminary tests indicate some effectiveness. That's a galvanized heater duct tube from Home Depot, just $15. It is intended to give some protectiion from around the waist up. (it's 5 ft long) Wood on the sides and rubber on the ends to protect from sharp edges, I had it rolled up much tighter than home depot stores it for several months, quite by accident I saw the shape it ended up in an thought it could work. The shape may cause the beams to be deflected away, not sure. So for cheap, not a bad investment. (obviously for sleeping)
It beats a wet towel or mylar space blanket. That, BTW, to me is a good indicator of "am I under attack with a HPM/DEW weapon?" If it is of the frequency which heats the skin, (higher frequencies, likely at least 30ghz , and up to the ADS frequency of 95ghz) by heating the moisture, and wrapping a really wet towel around the head stops it..... well it's pretty conclusive, no? Space blankets are cheap but make lots of noise, aren't breathable, and only last a few times. They do have their use tho. I might note I believe higher power levels make a noticeable sound as the mylar moves as it absorbs the energy!
The last five photos are a full on faraday cage, I'm about half done, it will be 6' 4'l x 6' h x 4'w. enough for a small bed (massage table actually) and walkby, with a fold down desk. Will have aluminum screen, one, possibly two or more layers and I will paint it grey. My landlord peeked in and noticed it recently, I told him it was a cage for a full grown Iguana I was inheriting from a friend leaving the country. He bought it.
I mentioned in the midst of it that the Iguana's name was Faraday. I think he won't think anything of it as long as he doesn't see a bed in there.
6' long iguanas might be a bit of a problem.

You refer to Mr. Hersh as "Sy." (To do so, I'd think one would have to know him well. I'm guessing you don't.)
For others: Take a look at the "comments" section of the minnpost.com article. "Vic" is up to his usual tricks of labelling others as "disinfo agents"; attempting to discredit, etc.
You've been given every benefit of the doubt, but "the jig is up."
at 21:52 on March 15th, 2009
I agree. The jig is up. The Torture Matrix/American Gestapo that is community stalking and irradiating thousands of Americans with DEW is going down.
And which side are YOU on? Or are you up to your "usual tricks" of lame disinfo psy ops?
I am thinking about posting a link to my articles -- directed to serious, dedicated, and constitutionally faithful intel agents in all branches of government -- directing them to the "comments" section, with this note:
"Here is what the intended recipient regards as some of the most lame psy ops in all of the Homeland.
"You are directed to the "comments" section of the articles "American Gestapo," and "Domestic Torture via Radiation Weaponry," at:
http://My.NowPublic.com/scrivener
"Please read and grade the responses as to believability and effectiveness in furthering the mission (in this case, a misguided mission -- but for the sake of argument, let's just rate the psy ops)."
Tell you what: So as not to prejudice this exercise, may I suggest that the operatives reading this forward to the sites most likely to engender credible responses. Thanks, people.
Being a loyal, patriotic American and a believer in our Constitution, I would be most interested in reading genuine responses, not "disinfo."
Of course, I never will be able to do that here -- since this site is a veritable nest of "comments" disinfo. That's just my opinion, so don't call me a liar with the intent of setting a perjury trap...
at 23:34 on March 15th, 2009
Everyone calls Sy Hersh Sy Hersh. Who goes by Seymour?
However that is funny stuff in those comments, did you see his advice for the site owner in the linked followup story comments?
Author Editor Vic Livingston says: Eric: Please be advised that your "moderation" function allows fusion center spies to intercept comments without you ever knowing. See my commentary under "internet filters" at blog.aclu.org, "free speech."
I would suggest minnpost.com (now my favorite web site), moderate ex post facto.
I'm sure they'll get right on that.

Glenn: I hear what you say about the "country folk", and I know some of the stereotypical city-think bears some truth, (hey, I am a country boy, who made the foolish mistake of moving to the city many years ago), but unless they're all carrying guns, and have adopted the bad habit of shooting at people indiscriminately (there's another stereotype), a few stalkers are easier to contend with than a large number of them.
I notice that you say you lived in an apartment (completely defeats the purpose of moving to Montana) .
My idea is to find a chunk of land ... let's say fifteen or twenty acres, and plunk some type of modest dwelling down pretty much in the center of it (after I buy the land for $$$, it will be by necessity modest, albeit we have a lot of scrub land around here that goes for the cheap dollar.
After the purchase, I'll be obligated to set up enough equipment to monitor the billy-crap out of every last inch of it, in spite of the fact that the term "surveillance" is now on a list that I keep which shares the FCC's seven dirty words. After all the hard work is done, I'll have a setup that will provide three things that I don't have now:
With regard to Vic's comments about Obama and the idea that the shadow govn't may indeed have made him captive within his new accommodations, all I can say is that in these current dark days, such a seemingly over-the-top genre of speculation (relative to the perceptions of the inhabitants of the old world) is quite believable in our new world of torture and fascism, where everything that is false is true, and vice-versa.
Personally, I always thought that GW Bush exhibited the look of someone who was trapped, and trying to expose his captivity with his eyes ...
God knows.
A recently circulated urban myth (found on the internet), claims that CIA employees, held captive via some awful restraint against which they cannot resist, are trying to "out themselves" by putting morse code and other messages into the designs of certain building elements and insignias.
God knows.
Concerning whether or not Vic is one of us or one of them.
God knows.
Whether or not he is aware of it, his (these) pages are more of a help for targeted individuals than a hurt. So, if in fact he's a fascist insider, he'll eventually be fired.

A problem with the "buy a piece of land out in the middle of nowhere" is in a way you are accomplishing part of their goals for them. You've gone away, you're out of their sight. Their children aren't exposed to the offense of your mere existence, your voice is unheard except electronically. Your isolation is nearly accomplished.
Yes you are "safe" but at what cost? Humans, like many animals, are social. As well by moving away you do little to bring their activities to light to help those who remain in your former community.
I'm not saying you're wrong, and indeed I find much insight in the couple of your posts I've read. I think any plan or philosophy should be scrutinized for flaws, of course that's why we go on the internet and share them.
A funny thing you said about Vic being a disinfo agent or not, (I don't know nor care, I just see some very stupid things being said) about being "fired". Seems to me a lot of this "stalking" stuff, call it "cause" if you like, is ideology related, be it political or even religious affiliations. People getting rid of others who don't think like they do, act like they do.
Considering people readily contribute to political.candidates and causes, it's a grave mistake to assume they would need to be paid to get out in the real world or on the internet to forward their agenda. They'd even pay TO do it. Someone somewhere said something about government furnished vehicles and gas. I think that's nonsense and the individuals pool and share the family beater car when out of towners come to stalk. The page on indymedia with all the photos suggests such a practice in LA.
(as for Vic as I told him elsewhere, nobody needs to pay people to spend their time pointing out shit they see as stupid or silly- it's a natural human trait)
at 22:05 on March 15th, 2009
Do you really think some of the legions of people getting subsidized cars and free gas aren't going to talk -- either of their own volition, or be compelled to testify by the Congressional investigations that are surely coming?
The stalkers I encounter usually are in shiny, big new SUVs with certain telltale markings.
I said to one of them just today: "If I join the 'program' will I get a shiny new truck, too?"
He just laughed.
Now would a "real" person who was not in the "program" react that way?
Guess the weekend training seminar didn't cover THAT exigency.
CLOWN ACT.
at 00:06 on March 16th, 2009
Do you really think some of the legions of people getting subsidized cars and free gas aren't going to talk -- either of their own volition, or be compelled to testify by the Congressional investigations that are surely coming?
Is that what now passes for quality journalism? You take a completely unfounded assumption, with no supporting information, nobody even claiming or hearing of such a thing- and now it's a fact because you don't think they can be made to admit it? Gee, for a guy who shares our belief that this nation's greatness is due to a cherished document called the constitution, you seem to have skipped that "innocent until proven guilty" part!
No evidence that I am aware of suggests such a thing. By embellishing the story with an outrageous claim, you give these people a chink in your armour to easily deny it on factual data- there will be no line item in anyone's budget disclosure of gasoline or vehicles for them- and they will seize the point to discredit the story as whole. I cannot tell you how many internet debates I have won where I seized upon an obvious error in a detail and used it to bury an otherwise sound position, just by pounding that error in.
The stalkers I encounter usually are in shiny, big new SUVs
Looking at the sales data for the population in most areas of the US, is that a surprise? Figure the vague "usually" with that datas and see if it meshes. However, I agree. I see a lot of the redneck vehicle perps in my area in Suburbans and full size crew cabs, as well as beaters. What kind of vehicles do rednecks drive, Vic?
The "certain telltale markings" you describe may well be similar to what is posted on the LAIndymedia pages of sticker combinations ro display territory affiliations. Nothing relevant to government ownership.
I said to one of them just today: "If I join the 'program' will I get a shiny new truck, too?"
He just laughed.
Now would a "real" person who was not in the "program" react that way?
I don't know about perp or not, most people would:
Ask you to repeat a very nonsensical question. then either:
Tell you to go **** yourself or just plain sock you for being nosy about their vehicle and/or income.
OR if they were good natured, simply laugh at the weird man asking nonsensical questions of strangers about "programs".
CLOWN ACT.
See my profile. Forgot my rubber ball nose and size 22 shoes the day the fusion center took that shot.
Vic, a lot of the people, mostly redneck types, that are doing the perp work on the street level, are the kind of working stiffs that drive pickups and SUV's. It's been a while since you, or I for that matter, were making the kind of money to even consider a new vehicle. Everything looks shiny and new next to my 14 year old Honda Passport. That does not make them government owned or fueled.

This press account from Verona, N.J. is GREAT NEWS!
Please, all victims of community gang stalking and the extrajudicial punishment network, a social genocide that mirrors the horrific tactics used by the Nazis --
Please send this Verona-Cedar Grove Times article to Attorney General Eric Holder, Assistant Atty. Gen. for Civil Rights Tom Perez, your congressional representatives and anyone else of influence.
Every statement quoted from the Frank Raffaele flier comports with my personal experiences.
The good people on the inside know the truth -- about the extrajudicial punishment network, and the veracity of the statements attributed to the Verona police.
Talk about stepping in it. At least the local authorities here in Bucks County appear to have the good sense not to convict themselves in the local media.
Thank you, "any name at all." Rather than being unnerved by what was said about Frank Raffaele, I am encouraged by this development.
Will the Verona police please tell the local press they know nothing about the GPS
"crown of evil," and that none of their people have ANY knowledge of these stalking units? Such statements would be of great help to the good people on the inside.
In fact, this story just may be the first small but significant strategic blunder that takes down the American Gestapo.
Frank Raffaele, take heart; the good people on the inside have YOUR back, too; you just don't know it. And neither, apparently, do the people on the Verona police force -- good people who apparently have been deceived, and now have taken the bait.
Now since all of my telecommunications are being intercepted (including, apparently, most "real" posts to this blog ), I probably won't be able to communicate with the real Frank Raffaele.
But Frank, please know that you are a brave man who is telling the truth.
I take special note that the local reporter throws in the references to 9/11 and Scientology. Raffaele simply referred to a web site that posted some articles -- maybe even my article, which was posted on infowars.com. Just because he referred to a web article does not mean he buys everything that's posted there. I certainly don't.
As a longtime journalist, it seems obvious that the local cops pointed out the Scientology and 9/11 references to the reporter, who dutifully passed along what seems to be intended as disinformation -- ANOTHER questionable move. Chief Colluzzi or Chief McAteer wouldn't do something so ill-advised, I would like to believe.
So, "any name at all," if you think the article should alarm me or cause me to wonder whether I will get a knock on the door from my local or county constabulary, rest assured...
... officials here in Bucks County are a lot smarter than that.
In fact, it's my hope that they already have figured this whole thing out...
...and realize that there is a new sheriff in Washington. I'm betting my local police are going to get with the NEW program, just like the "good people on the inside" at the FBI (and maybe other agencies as well).
What do YOU think, "any name at all"?
Again, thanks for the great news from Verona.
And Chief Huber:
Thanks for putting your quotes on the record. In the end, your comments, and the aspersions you have cast upon Frank Raffaele, will be quite helpful to the cause of justice...
...and, I'm sure, to any future lawsuit Frank Raffaele is likely to file against your town and your department. You seem to have given him sufficient grounds already, on First Amendment grounds.
Frank, do you have a good attorney? Give him a call now; don't wait.
And Frank, please try to post here. Then go to a computer other than your own to see if your comments got through as you wrote them. Also, immediately tell your story to http://blog.aclu.org, under "torture and abuse." And make sure you tell about the Verona article and give a link to it. Ask ACLU to represent you, too.
The torture matrix is going down fast. I have every confidence that in the end, the FBI, Commonwealth of PA and Bucks County authorities -- the county detectives, the DA's office AND my local Lower Makefield Township police, the guys I've been depending on for nearly 20 years to serve the cause of justice -- will be on the right side of justice.
And good common sense.

The torture matrix is going down fast.
Despite your claims for the last what, six months? It is still growing, it continues with the only attention being ridicule or complete ignorance. Repeated claims like "they're done!" or "they're now confessing!" or "the good people inside have a conscience!" would leave people with the impression the job is getting done. It is in fact NOT getting done at all.
I have every confidence that in the end, the FBI, Commonwealth of PA and Bucks County authorities -- the county detectives, the DA's office AND my local Lower Makefield Township police, the guys I've been depending on for nearly 20 years to serve the cause of justice --
"I have all faith that the people who allowed this to happen will suddenly end it"
This is why I jokingly accused YOU of being a "disinfo agent" as your message adds up to "rest assured, progress is being made by the same people who were responsible for it in the first place".
I have a strong enough grip on reality I know these people don't employ "disinfo" people, they will neither confirm nor deny, just pretend to not notice the press either way. This just means you're probaby not the sharpest pencil in the cup.
Am I dogging Vic? Yep. His compositions on this are prolific and appearing higher and higher in the rankings of google. I have a personal interest in him not looking like a complete dumbass as this progresses. If you are a TI, you do too.

Your game is over, you disturbed little man child.
You think this is all a game, that you pretend to be one of us so you can gain sympathy for your screwed up finances and professional leprosy? Your own words will hang you and I am going to make it my business to be the one tying the rope. I took your abuse over and over here and watched you abuse others, all the while using our cause as a vehicle you stole to run us over with.
I'd thought to say "we could make this hard or we could make it easy. Just quit posting your lies, Vic, or it's going to get ugly and time consuming for both of us" but I've been around the block you little freak, and know your type. You came for attention and will take it any way you can get it. That means just as you enjoyed all the attention making a fool of yourself for months now,. you are going to even more enjoy the daily butt kickings I'm going to hand you here by simply posting your lies, unedited and uncut, until you hijack someone else's cause and set them back several steps like you have all of us TI's. Rest assured, you self centered jerk, you will be the one that departs, not I, for one eternally advantageous reason: All you ever post is imagined, borrowed from others, or outright lies. I am telling the truth and will continue unerringly down that path. It starts with this message in every one of your articles. It is likely your game will cause thousands across America and Canada to have the cruelties committed on them extended because they wasted time and hope thinking someone was on the job for them- let alone be associated with the mockery of your "story". I will get over being angry soon enough, I have to. When I log off, I and all those you mocked for "disinfo" have the reality of the depressing life of a TI you merely fantacized of. It cannot be deleted. John Lucier, San Diego.

Decafe please!!!
Waitress, please do bring this man some less caffeinated beverage ... it's on me.
Holy carp!
Isn't it possible that Vic is trying to do two things at once?
I know from personal experience that as one goes through this thing, there is a procedural flow through many stages of mindset ... denial, anger, etc, just as there is for death.
At some point we are caught between a realization that a "career" in the new fascist system is meaningless, and the denial of same. We realize that the system has become so controlled such that a "career" of any kind that dovetails into the fascist machine is anathema to our cause. Period.
All it does is imbue within us split personalities ... one that goes on-and-on in blythe denial of all things obvious, and another one that knows the "system" is f@^%ed. We have "opted out" of the system, voluntarily, because we despise the injustices we see within it. Just as surely, we have been simultaneously, involuntarily, "opted out", and for the very same reason. We made ourselves the enemy by standing back, taking a look at the machine, and saying "It is broken". No one is supposed to notice that it is broken.
After our names were put into the database (the one Vic calls "Crown of Evil" database), any career as a "machine cog" was over for us. We are now considered to have the wrong specifications, we do not fit into their machine, and we have been taken off of the bill of materials.
Your new career is, and always will be, fighting for the cause. You may not want to be a fighter, and you may prefer to go on for a few more years in a state of denial, but the truth about this condition will not change until we find a way to neutralize the injustice and the parts of the machine that engender it. We must change the machine.
To that end, we have much to do. "Giving up" is not an option. I have intoned that a retreat to the country will help. Why? Because we must put first things first. We must, somehow, some way, pull ourselves out from under this surveillance we endure. The surveillance makes the work of non-violently changing the machine, bettering the machine, quite impossible.
For example, let us say that you have proof that your neighbor has been directing DEW fire across your premises. Being more silly-ass stupid than the average community stalker, he/she has set the bloody thing up in their carport, making it something that you can plainly see. Let us say that you have done other things to verify what the equipment is, and you therefor exclaim that "Yes Virginia, the bloody thing is tanning my ass".
Naturally, you might attempt to ask some authority for redress of your situation. However; under the current state of the surveillance in your neighborhood, all of your communications attempts to the police, sheriff, local meditation guru, or to anybody else, wherever they are, is immediately known.
Obviously, this knowledge allows your neighbor to pack up the nasty shit, toss it into the back of the impromptu "just arrived" fellow-stalker's pickup truck, and have it taken away. By the time your authority figure arrives on the "crime scene", you are seen as nothing by a false accuser, and probably crazy. Sweet deal for them.
First things first. It's our motto.

Correct, there can be no career as long as the "target" remains a target in a lawless matrix. So the injustice must be ended. To invoke the cliche, I didn't choose this fight; it chose me.
As for your "move out" meme, please see my account somewhere in these comments sections, an earlier story from last year, as I recall, where I described being harassed by yahoos in pickup trucks when I crossed the state line from Delaware to the Elkton, MD area (Prince George's County, I think), which is Klan country.
Move to the country; give me a break.
The people who devised this evil, those in the corridors of power, are, for the first time perhaps, starting to wonder whether their grand plan isn't entering the "fall of the Reich" stage.
I fully expect some unexpected retirements very soon among the top echelon of military/security/intel power players... even before the hearings begin.
The designs of the global "protectorati" are beginning to be understood by those whose power is derived from the will of the people as opposed to the power of the will.
And I continue to believe that the true patriots within the law enforcement "community" will be at the vanguard of the fight for democracy over despotism.
I throw my lot with the good people on the inside; and hopefully, some heretofore naive members of Congress, people like Specter, Leahy, Feingold, Kucinich and Conyers will take care of the legislative flank.
But it is the good people on the inside who ALREADY have begun to break the iron yoke of Bush-Cheney covert fascism.

Yeah, well, I'm not holding my breath. And I'm certainly not counting on you to lead the charge. So while you're taking one step forward and half-a-dozen or more back (and taking others with you), others will keep focused on productively and wisely trying to do something about this hell-of-a-mess...
at 08:38 on March 18th, 2009
And I'm not asking you to count on me -- because I can't "qualify" you.

Vic,
Change "The American Gestapo" to "The American Taliban" and you've just about hit the nail on the head.
It's a religion, a religious-like cult movement of like-minded individuals. And if you are not part of the "right" religion, you are out!
(Actually it's a movement of mind-controlled individuals, but more on that later.)
Vic, you go boy - you tell all those con-artists and clowns where to go! Some of those comments from them are pretty nasty too.

Please review the comments posted to an ACLU "Blog of Rights" story, in particular those posted by "Vic" on March 14th.
The article focuses on Rachel Maddow and her NPP roots. (It's titled "From NPP to MSNBC. He addresses Rachel Maddow directly in his comments.
http://blog.aclu.org/2009/03/12/from-npp-to-msnbc/#comments
(I, too, wanted to give "Vic" every benefit of the doubt, even though I was highly suspicious several months ago. To continue to do so now, in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, would be highly self-destructive.)
As others have also said, "Vic" has offered up false hope; continued to propagate his damaging messages; impeded progress; and seriously damaged the credibility of many good, honest people.

Thanks for providing the link to my message for Rachel, who, with Keith Olbermann, are the only mainstream media people who seem capable of understanding the horrific truth that many mainstream journalists colleagues simply can't fathom.
But I think Rachel has to talk again with Alexandria Pelosi to inoculate herself against the naive belief that Obama's election has really changed things "on the ground."
The apparatus of the American Gestapo is known, and apparently countenanced, by viritually EVERY police department in America.
That stark fact in and of itself says to me that the rule of law has become a chimera, a mirage, a concept, no longer a fact.
How you think citing my comments to Rachel helps your case is beyond me...
...but since it's helpful, all I can say in response to your curious tactic is, "Thanks."
Anyone with access to Rachel: Please ask her to actually read my articles. It's my experience, having been one of them, that TV types tend to dismiss "bloggers," perhaps even those with extensive experience and good credentials.

A TI with any sense (or isn't in your thrall) would certainly not trot out your articles and/or comments to Rachel Maddow, Keith Olbermann or anyone else who might be able to help, after seeing the clear and compelling evidence to the contrary, Doing so would only make one look like a complete idiot, as you know, which is why you're asking others to do your dirty bidding. Go ahead and discredit yourself, but I'm not going there with you.

"Vic's" response: Disinfo alert!
That a victim (and someone claiming to be a serious and experienced journalist) would ever respond in this fashion, is unconscionable.
at 14:03 on March 19th, 2009
Any time someone posts Vic's hysterical dishonesty, it's DISINFO.
You're a liar and a fraud, Vic, and as you think you've become the self assumed poster child for TI's, I intend to shut you down, rather than let you discredit us all.
